    If you install by sdcard you don't need any drivers

              No need to be excused for any ignorance. Everyone is ignorant and that is what forum threads are for. I meant no disrespect at all. I would just wait for finless 1.7 to keep my answer short (its almost 3 AM here). It most likely will be a flashable zip that you can flash on sd.

                  it shouldn't be far away at all. Bob has been quiet for a while and he's two hours behind my time so I'm sure he's up to something good and thanks you have a good rest of your day. I'm sure by the time you wake up 1.7 will be out and comments regarding testing will be up. Thanks oman and thanks bob. Don't work to hard and sleep well. This device is getting much better

                    m8 square box

                    This release runs very well on the m8 square box except for no sound and no remote control support ....if you install soundabout from the play store and set the output to aux hdmi that resolves the sound issue

                      What could possibly be going wrong for me? I really don't understand! I'm running the box at 1080p 60hz I've tried each player and get the same chopiness. The UI is very smooth, good benchmark scores so I'm guessing that the 2amp power adapter isn't underpowering it. Graphic benchmark apps are also very smooth. I have zero problems with 25fps 1080p videos also.

                      Strange also is the fact that youtube has a judder too. Is anyone else having these issues? Could others please test the small video I uploaded and report your findings?

                        I tested your clip and also youtube videos and I don't seem to be having problems with them. This is using Tronsmart Vega S802-H with Oman's 105k4 rom installed via the zip method from micro sd card. Wish I had a suggestion for you, but can't think of any. Did you reboot your box after your install?

                          Yup, rebooted several times. I'm using a measy B4A box which is a clone of the tronsmart and beelink round box. Maybe it's an hdmi problem with European model Tvs.
