Not still tested your new kernel. I will today, and feed back
Mainly problem is about recovery... no TRWP. It's really a pain to flash and go back to "our family" rom.

but how to be sure that is installed.

i copy .kl file to system/usr/keylayout
and restart, but i couldnt test CEC, do i have to start CEC somewhere (from TV)

OK, i flashed your rom 1.2 with new kernel.
So far, it's stable, no problem.
Antutu =37K
I ll update CEC tests and nfs tests later.

About rom, 2 things :
- no screensaver support
- Harware decoding issue XVID/AC3 with stock/MXPlayer H/W... it's like a slow motion movie (15Fps)
Issue is present in wasser rom with last RK SDK.

I included all the source code of HDMI CEC in the kernel so it should work, might need to edit the *.kl file for the remote buttons?
To make sure you use the new kernel, the date will be 6 or 7 Dec in Android/settings/About screen and kernel name will be mo*@mo*.
Might need to click 5 times on device name in About to see all information.

Have you set 'Use software decoding for audio DTS/AC3' in MXPlayer settings?
Also try to use the custom DTS/AC3 codec in MXPlayer.

Yep, i try both... Same problem with stock player BTW.
No issue in SW decoding or with xbmc/spmc.

Will release new ROM next week with SPMC v14(maybe v13.3.5?) when it's finalized.
Rockchip will then also solve DTS, Passthrough support with XBMC.
No point in releasing 2 ROM's now with almost no new improvements since the last ROM.

So sad that AMLogic now has full GPU and VPU acceleration in Linux and Rockchip still not

Try to flash the whole ROM again, but use this misc.img file instead.

Then try flashing your stock kernel,resource.img back for wifi and compatibility.
If this doesn't work, the manufacturer of your device might be causing some problems, they locked their firmware on their AMLogic boxes so you can't use it on other boxes or clones and also not other firmware on their boxes. Maybe the same is happening now.

so, if I want to flash your rom on a firefly board I have to only use resource.img, kernel. Img and and boot.img from firefly original rom. Is it all? Anyone can say if mo s rom work well on firefly board? Thanks

There were people that used it on firefly boards, see if you can find it in previous posts.

You have to use firefly kernel/resource.img since it has different connectors, vga,serial and led lights.

Think will make single userdata/user partition since new games like Game of Thrones and Oddworld take a couple of GB.

Then no more limited partition for apps? It would be great! And can you make this whole partition in ext4 ??
And in this case, will your rom work ( using original resoruce,kernel and boot.img as always) work with other board like firefly?
