I think I have it narrowed down to the init.rc (BT not being initialized on boot), but I can only mount the system.img on windows with DiskInternals Linux Reader. The build.prop is nearly identical so I don't think that the problem is in there.

Which image file is init.rc stored in, and how can I access it?

I may try to modify my init.rc on the r28 and see if I can get it working. I'm seeing different ways to do that in various sample init.rc's from google search.

I have dixda's android kitchen on my laptop. It never really occurred to me that it might be compatible.

I downloaded a rockchip kitchen from the forum here onto my server and then I realized I don't have cygwin installed on it. Just on my laptop, so I'm running a full cygwin install.

I think I made the necessary modifications but it would be nice to compare it to something. If the problem is with init.rc and that resides in boot.img, it doesn't make sense that it wouldn't be the same as original tronsmart ROM because I'm using tronsmart resource and boot image.

Oh well. Gotta go to a dinner thing at my wife's friend's house. I'm never going to complete these couple projects that I have going for other people...

i try open iso files with built in video players (two) nothing happening.

change way to open app in Launcher - if dir include only one app, directly open, if not - open window for choice, if want add new app to directory use long press

switch ON location service (default) else doesnt work weather
included file commander can't mount samba dirs, but ES File Explorer work perfect

Then you can unpack firmware with flash tool(second tab) and flash kernel.img and resource.img with my ROM's or just use latest stock firmware here

Then Beelink puts the kernel inside the boot.img.
Will try to modify the boot.img with kernel so it works on your device.
Can you upload the boot.img only, since I don't want to download a complete ROM for only boot.img?

Can you reupload the boot.img to a different host?
The previous download link is filehopper, boot.dol and doesn't seem to work.

You can use this kernel I made for Beelink R89.
Use it with my HPH RK3288 ROM v1.2/v1.3(remember to use separate updated boot.img)/v1.4 and v1.5(to be released).

Yes man, this is great. I don't need anymore to tamper with resource.img from yours ROM to install yours kernel on R89. Especially if I do not completely understand why in "flat device tree blob" (dtb) there are three GPIOs associated with ACT8846 driver (GPIO7? A1 Active Low as VSEL, GPIO0 A2 Active Low as SLEEP??, GPIO0 A2 Active Low as POWER_HOLD?) when FireFly (GPIO7 B6 Active Low as VSEL and GPIO0 A1 Active High as PWR_HOLD) and Beelink R89 declare only two (GPIO7? A1 Active Low as VSEL and GPIO0 A6 Active High as PWR_HOLD).

I will try to install your ROM v1.4 in my Beelink R89 on next day or v1.5 if it will be completed until then .
