I dont know what the change log is but it's a only small 6meg download.
My T9 rebooted 10 minutes after upgrade to 1.08.
Definitely, there is something wrong with the tablet. I 'm already managing the return to the web store. I'm fed up with this device. No more Cube for me.

          Happy camper ...yes I am!
As I've seen on my talk 9x, the CPU temp shown is not actual one: it is always stuck at 25°. I think it's artificially written somewhere in the firmware.

          Don't trust in it!

            Yep! I somewhat thought that.

It is not heating up, anyway!

            Love this tablet!

I play farmville and I noticed that the tablet is hotter now.
I also has a reboot shortly after the update but it's been for since.

Antutu doesn't produce too much heat...
If you want to test heat production you need to use much heavier apps!

I said my T9 was not heating up.

I should have said it does not get hot, as it does get a little warm after long use as well, but not that bad and seems to have no effect on the tab.

No reboots yet since I upgraded to 1.08.

                      Look here http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-...278990852.html
I'm pretty sure we have exactly the same display like one used on Cube Talk 9X (U65GT)
Compare display codes from the broken one with what seller posted on Aliexpress and should be ok.
I see in description LG display LP097QX2 (SP)(AV)
Another good option is to contact Cube on email about sending you T9 LCD as a spare part.

                        IMO
Cube T9 screen is a great screen with good brightness and good colors, the graininess of which we speak is imperceptible in the vision of video images or games ..... if the news had not appeared in a blog probably nobody would have noticed .... disassemble the screen to eliminate this "defect" is absolutely dangerous and not recommended because the improvement would be minimal

I think you're missing the point. The screen is great, but you can't see it properly if you have a poorly fitted plastic film over the top of it. You can see the grainy effect all the time, especially in lighter coloiurs. I have had my film removed and it looks great now, had it not been an option to sort it out I would have probably gotten rid of the tablet. Thi isn't an issue for everyone, but for those with affected units it's most certainly a defect.

Updated to latest version of antutu, rebooted the tablet and ran antutu.
                            score 35130.

Quite a difference from the 40000 score reported earlier. What gives????

                              Not sure, Joe.

                              I just rechecked ....got 40311.

                              Possibly a program installed?
I did an integrity check and my tab failed. I will reload everything eventually to try and correct that, but right now everything seems to be running pretty good ....so no big hurry!

As I said many times Antutu gives unreliable scores: again this is another proof!
