Thank you both for the answer and kszaq for the excellent work

Hey, any chance of a new build based on Kodi 15? The last beta must be pretty old now

          Thanks

            Hello Matt

What is the ETA on SD card booting version?

              Hello,
Im using the p15 openelec version and when im watching live tv stream im getting audio noise on sport tv 1 (portuguese channel) and its running on Standart quality. All the others channels audio are working fine.
I checked the same channel on computer and the audio is ok so it must be some rom problem. Im not posting here the link cause i dont now if i can do it but you can find it on vdubt25.

I was pretty busy moving home in last 2 days - it's the reason for no updates from me. SD card booting coming today (fully works on MXQ, testing now on MK808B+). New OpenELEC 5.95 beta coming soon-ish as I have to merge improvements from my 5.0 branch.

Some feedback after 2 week using your rom (p15) on beelink MXQ :

                      - Sometimes wifi doesn't work at startup I have to reboot severall times before it get connected.
                      - Sometimes video and audio are not synchronized it seems to happen only with the hardware decoder (need some more testing to be sure)
                      - Tearing in kodi interface. (Video not affected)
                      - Kodi less stable than the x86 version but nothing dramatic just some random crash.

Overall the experience is really good despite this little problems. I'm really happy for a box that cost me less than 50€€ it work really good and got a lot of potential.

Not had the issues with Wi-Fi.
I have had video audio go out of sync a few times.
Tearing here on all 3 versions.

I had the latest beta freeze today while watching a movie from an external harddrive. Going to try p8 now.

No idea, you have to try by yourself. Looking at the remote, MXQ version should be usable but you flash it on your own risk.

Everybody, thank you for your tests and reports. I released a new version today with booting from SD card possible for all supported devices. See first post for links and full info!

HD18Q users: I don't own a HD18Q therefore I wasn't able to test this release. TAR upgrade is completely safe but I can't guarantee that new installs - both SD and NAND versions would work!

kszaq, only to be sure of process: SD card:

                            1. Download img.gz file from SD release folder.
                            2. Unpack image to you hard drive and burn it to SD card (you can read how to do it here:http://wiki.openelec.tv/index.php/HO...The_Disk_Image).
                            3. To boot the system for the first time you have to use "toothpick" method. You have to do this only once or after Android update.
Point 3 will install bootloader that you placed in img file?

                                OK.

In some hours I will reinstall android on my EC-MK and test the process!

                                Excelent work
