No, I haven't checked this particular TV stick in earlier releases. On p16 I get these errors:

      modprobe e4000
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'e4000': Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

      dmesg:
      [ 245.535411@1] videodev: Unknown symbol of_graph_parse_endpoint (err 0)

Would you be able to look into this issue?

Sorry for been a noob here but I cant find latest release for All Black MXQ for nand. I only see TAR update file ( I am guessing this is for people that already have it installed). I do not see file for new installs.

        Thanks

p8 and beta made my MXQ restart while watching movies. Is there a way to get the logs so you can look into it?

At my Rpi2 with openelec I can set up speaker configuration for hdmi output.
At my mxq I don't see this setting at audio output configuration.
How can I set up downside to 2.1¿

You can't, multi channel audio output dont work so it will always be downmix to 2.0 channel unless you use passthrough.

NES Roms would be fun and I think the Mali-450 with OpenGL 2.0 can handle FCEU NES emulation. Should be faster since openelec is so much lighter than Android...Thanks again!
sammaz Since it's labelled as stable for WeTek Play I think there's a big chance it'll run just fine on our devices.

override I've noticed one patch that I deleted and this may have affected your experience. I'll re-add it for next (test) release.

kkm I'll try to compile a release with other DVB drivers for you to test. You need to give me a few days.

borikua Actually there is no NAND release for HD18Q since I modified bootloader and it may affect NAND installations. Please use p8 for NAND install and then upgrade to p16. I will upload a NAND release when someone corageous verifies whether SD version works.

rev6 I may be able to diagnose that if you post logs collected following this guide: http://wiki.openelec.tv/index.php/Op...Q#Support_Logs
It may also be helpful if you posted a result of "cat /proc/last_kmsg | paste" collected after a reboot.

envagyok Multichannel audio output does not work. The only possible output formats are stereo audio or DD/DTS passthrough.

Great adapter, hooked it up yesterday, and got my internet's max speed for torrents. I strongly recommend.

I have added a SMB location to File Manager that I use sometimes. When I startup OpenELEC, eventually I get a MAC Discovery error (even when the SMB shares are online and accessible) during movie playback it can cause my MXQ to hang.

This guy has an ARM version working on Rpi. I am going to check it out.

                          Time and Date

I cant properly get time & date. I am using MXQ all black. version p8 & updated to p16.

But both on wireless or Ethernet time & date is wrong with date dec 31, 1969

Tried a adding pool.ntp.org to timeservers but nothing.

                          Any suggestions?

                          Thanks.

I'm trying to test the SD version in a HD18Q (OTT MXQ), but I'm unable to bring up recovery using the toothpick method.

I own an old GBox Midnight and I'm familiar with the toothpick method, so I'm pretty sure that I'm doing it correctly.

The SD card was prepared restoring the downloaded image using DD, and it is correctly loaded both in the PC and in the MXQ after boot.

I have just received my MXQ and it is the firsts test I do with it, so I don't know if it is a problem of lacking recovery partition or that the SD method simply doesn't work.

Has anyone tried the SD version on the HD18Q?
