Hello there geekbuying. I ordered the Tronsmart Orion R68 Meta Android 5.1 on the 7/23/2015, here is the order no/ #3407037. The remote has just stopped working. I have replaced the battery 3 times with new 1s , but nothing. My keyboard 1 works grate but i use the remote that come with the box more with it being in the living room. Thank you.

Hello. I reordered and received order #3491624 on Monday and I have a few questions/concerns:
The tablet I received has a blue stuck pixel when the screen is completely black. What is geekbuying policy on stuck/dead pixels? Are tablets checked before they are shipped out? My tablet box was opened when I received it so I'm not sure if that was customs or if it was checked by geekbuying. The stuck pixel is very obvious when the tablet is booting up.
A smaller issue is that the icon to switch to Android mode is missing in windows 10. I tried downloading and installing Q2S_x86.msi but the installation fails. I'm not as concerned about that because I'm sure a fix will be available soon.
