          Thank you for your reply, i did get a tracking number but it states 2016-07-13 04:02 The item is pre-advised so... i made the order on 7/7/16 and on 15/7/16 according to the tracking number its not shipped yet

                      Hi,
                      I purchased a Pipo W3F (order number 3701334) which I received last Friday (15th July) however when I opened the package there was no charger inside. I emailed customer service ([email protected]) and got the following response

                      Sorry for the problem you met
                      How about we apply USD 5 coupon or refund to make up you ? as you know the charger is too small, it is easy to get lost during shipping if we just sent the charger , do you agree ?
                      You can order it in your local store or **** in your country , so you will get it first
                      Best regards

                      There are a number of issues -
                      1. Charger too small to post is nonsense.
                      2. I don't know the precise specifications of the necessary charger (googling gave inconsistent results)
                      3. $5 is woefully insufficient to cover the cost of most of the chargers on ****, amazon etc....

                      Please advise. Thanks.

                              I placed an order with you a week ago (3717407) - please could you let me know what the hold up is?

                              I have previously ordered from you (quite a few times over the past few years - 3628629, 3484837, 3425659, 3415276, 3661873, 3191278, 3148389, 3077468, 3067832), but never had the processing status for more than 3-4 days.

                              Please could you let me know when my device is expected to ship? I'm quite keen on getting it soon, as I'm without a handset at the moment.
