Great news!

A bit later today I will post my best kernel for you to try.. I've made somewhere around 30 in the last two days. Finally my dmesg is all clean and video is working extremely well... Currently I have been doing all my testing with finless's mk908 v1.4 4.1.1 android. I will also be trying it with a couple other roms that have already boasted slightly improved video and see what kind of results I get. I just wanted to be using a known skippy video rom for my initial testing so I could see results more clearly.

I think the last time I tried a cx919 kernel on my mk908 it didnt work, video output differences. I believe I could make one that would though... I will look into it.

Yes I know the 4.2.2 BETA Netflix does not work but as your table shows it does work on my 1.5 4.2.2 ROM.

As for camera. My C310 camera works fine on my 1.5 ROM.

as a microphone but there is no video on skype.

Hi everyone, newbie here.

Sorry for bumping a month old thread.

For those of you having jerky video problems and mouse movement solves it, try this trick, hope it helps

Download setcpu or something similar and set the cpu as

Min- 1.2 ghz
Max- 1.6 ghz or whatever is the max.

I installed this ROM along with the Strauzo kernel for the MK908.
Everything worked excellently. The only problem I have is that the display seems to be a little larger than my TV allows. That is, the display stretches beyond the boundary of my tv. Do I need to reflash my stick or is there a setting I need to change. It's definitely not an issue with my TV and no setting on the TV makes any difference. Cheers

Should be a screen adjust tool in the settings menu. Screen scale its called I think....

Hi Bob, I was curious if you know if TWRP works on these devices? I am familiar with using TWRP and how it accepts commands from goo manager on HP touchpads running android. So I am curious if it is possible to use it on the MK908. I just received mine and I am waiting for a few more parts to make the final jump. Thanks for all your work on this device.

Try: Settings, Screen, Screen Scale. (on my Tronsmart 908, running 4.2.2 Finless 1.5

I believe the 4.1 with Strauzo kernel either had the HDMI setting but didn't work or no settings for resolution or scaling...the kernel is more favorable toward newer, auto.scaling t.v.
