Netflix problem

Hi,

The version is 2.1.1
I am going to test it tomorrow.

MK908 Android 4.2 BETA is out from GEEKBUYING and WORSE!


After doing some more testing I have found:
1: Microphone on USB now works. BUT BUT……
2: BUT when turning video on Skype everything goes BAD!
3: NETFLIX only shows double pictures and horizontal stripes when playing a movie!
4: Giving UP. No more test of this SH..
Is there anyone who can see this version working?

To mowgli: “dorkfiles” seems only out to get your E-mail address and it does NOT work for me using Outlook. Could you email me the Black Netflix please (Using Private Message). It most likely will not work in Denmark anyway.

This thread makes me wish I wouldve gotten an mk908 instead of the t428 - this thing came out later but has had like 4x as many beta firmwares released from the manufacturer -__-

I was supposed to get a 908 but they were backordered so geekbuying offered me a 428 instead that is in transit. Wonder if I made a big mistake with my impatience.

Development does seem to be moving quickly tho and Bob appears to know what he's doing ;-) I have faith that all will be fixed very soon.

Unfortunately that 2.1.1 version hasn't fixed the problem
I tested it on my rk3188 Android 4.2.2 and got the same scrambled screen.

I can confirm that if you properly flashed the 4.2.2 ROM that claims Netflix is fixed, IT DOES WORK!

If your still scrambled... you did not flash properly.

I was talking about Netflix Black Rotation v2.1.1. That version of Netflix didn't work for me.

It sounds like you guys are CROSS MIXING problems of Netflix and ROMs.

I will just tell you this.

If you use the 4.1.1 ROM just download Netflix from Google Play and it will work.

If you use 4.2.2, then flash my latest ROM! Or the latest stock ROM.
Then download Netflix from Google play.
IT WILL NOT BE scrambled anymore

Do you guys read all the posts here and follow what is going on?

in 2 days Netflix has been fixed for both the MK908 and T428. I am not trying to give you guys a hard time but you bought a early device. This means FOR SURE your going to have to keep up and flash the latest ROMs.

No language problem, No Cross Mixing. We were testing the BETA Tronsmart 4.2.2 because we were not told there was a new stock. In THE Beta, Netflix did not work. You are talking NOT Beta.
I read ALL posts!
I am NOT complaining (Hard 4 U to tell the difference, I understand). I am giving you information so you can continue your good work. Even though I do think that $90 (+ 25% Tax in Denmark) is much overpriced for this not tested product!
I have done some more testing and please just use the information in the table I made, if you can.

Yes I know the 4.2.2 BETA Netflix does not work but as your table shows it does work on my 1.5 4.2.2 ROM.

As for camera. My C310 camera works fine on my 1.5 ROM.

When I connect my bleutooth gamepad, the wifi signal disappears and I lose my connection.

I had the same problem. I think that because wifi and bluetooth are in same module and share the same antenna. Try use 5ghz wifi conexion. Since I use the 5ghz I do not have any problem with both.
