Tronsmart MK908 Android 4.1.1 - Finless ROM 1.4

I tried connecting the MK908 directly to the monitor, instead of through the Yamaha YMC-500 media controller and I haven't had a flash / blanking issue yet. I'm wondering what that could mean... My other 2 hdmi devices have not had a problem with the media controller...

Please try this frame skip but use a wired USB mouse not a wireless one.
I think there might be some buss contentions going on here.
So the idea is. FLash the ROM and start over.
Use a WIRED USB keyboard and mouse. NOT a wireless with dongle etc. Wired please.
Than see if the skipping is still there and if it goes away when you use the mouse.
Thanks,
Bob
I started from scratch and Flashed the ROM with wired USB mouse and keyboard (through a powered hub). However, I still see the jittery video in Netflix that goes away when moving the mouse. This is the same behavior as I saw with a 2.4Ghz wireless keyboard mouse combo (both through the same powered USB hub and directly connected to the MK908.
On a completely unrelated note, I was finally able to connect via an ethernet device, the 4th one I tried which I stole from my sons Wii (likewise this had no affect on the jittery video but was alot faster than wireless). The wireless must be turned off first for the Ethernet to connect. However, when attempting to start a "Portable Hotspot", the system locks up and requires a reboot (unplug) to re-establish wifi.
One of my goals with this device is to connect a 4G/LTE USB device and share it over a Portable Wifi Hotspot. I currently am able to do this with an Asus Transformer TF101 (the first one that came out), running Android 4.0.3. This required no tweaking at all and worked the first time. Perhaps 4.2.2 on this device will allow for this. Initially, the device (a Verizon Wireless Pantech UML295) would not connect, however, after successfully connecting the Wii USB to Ethernet adapter, I could remove it, and connect the 4G device (the MAC address was recognized, but the MK908 could not get a new IP address).
I travel alot and using this device to share the 4G/LTE internet where no Wifi exists would be awesome. Watching Netflix on the TV at the Hotel would be icing on the cake.
Thanks for letting me ramble. You do awesome work.

Mine doesn't seem to care whether I use the wireless dongle or a cabled usb mouse.. same issues either way. Worth a try though. If my work benefits you and you want to help out the cause, feel free to

Bluetooth Issue
I think I posted this thread under wrong device originally...Is anybody experiencing issues with using Bluetooth headsets? I have a Jawbone and I am able to pair up and headset responds with "connected" message, but I can't use it in Skype, can't record notes, search by voice in Google, etc...Pretty much no sound in/out from the headset to the TV. Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Fingers crossed that somebody can solve this soon. I'm used to 60fps gaming, and all this jittering is like sandpaper on my nerves. I wish I could help, but I really don't have the skill set.

My unit is still unstable. Have tried different power sources but with the same result. It only works for a few minutes before it freezes. Still no one with similar problems? Have tried to have nothing connected to the USB and controlled it with mkremote, but the problem persists. Picture freezes the image is striped

That is what i´m trying to do Bob. This is what i write to Geekbuying. I also send them a picture. I hope they send me a new one.
Hello.
Thanks for your reply. I am active on freaktab and tested Finless Bob's rom with the same results. The picture is quite streaky after only 5-10 minutes. I have nothing connected to the usb part but tried to control it via mobile. But it resulted in the same error. I have also tested different power sources, but it has not helped. I am enclosing a picture for you so you can see what it looks like when the image is striped. I have tried everything that you have written to me and I have also followed them advice on Freaktab. But it always ends with the same result, the picture freezes and becomes striped.
I think there is something wrong with the unit I have. Well I have just been unlucky.
I hope you will send a new one to me or come up with a solution quickly because I am in great need of it. Luckily, I also have my MK808B that works great with Finless Bob's rom.

FYI, RK remote control crashes these new sticks. I have yet to get it working without causing the stick to crash.
So is this the only way you have tried to use it? If so try a USB mouse and keyboard and NOT the RK Remote.

That kind of crashing seems like bad RAM to me.. I'm going to guess that these sticks use system memory for video as well but I'm not totally sure on that. Either way I'd say bad hardware. If my work benefits you and you want to help out the cause, feel free to
