Haha, no problem friend. Personally, I think it should be the other way around, i.e. tap to turn on/off, and hold to go to settings. I also would like it to pop up on tap instead of having to swipe down, similar to 4.1. So far, I haven't found an app that will customize this area of JB 4.2

Not sure this can be done by app alone. Think its part of the framework.

          Circle Battery Alternative

Some of you have requested that I tweak the UI to include a Circle Battery icon.

I was looking into this and found a solution that is much easier and you have more control of the look you are getting. You need to have the Xposed Installer installed on you system you can get it here:

General information on Xposed has been moved to this thread: http://xdaforums.com/xposed/xposed-installer-versions-changelog-t2714053 The FAQ has been moved to this thread: http://xdaforums.com/xposed/-t2735540 Questions, suggestions, bug reports...

Then go to UOT Kitchen and design you battery circle:

Ultimate online theme kitchen for Android phones, UOT Kitchen, Customize your phone online, Custom and stock roms

Just follow the instructions on their site. There is an option to create an apk that you install from Xposed.

Just wait a few minutes for them to create you apk and download it.

The Xposed version is ONLY for the battery icon MOD, nothing else in the kitchen is compatible with Xposed.

          Enjoy!

Dont know if it has been asked already.I have a Pipo M6 with 3G, and I use it with one of the local providers here. But instead of displaying the humanly more understandable name of the provider, it displays the code of the provider, 20408 in my case. Is there a way to get the name and not the code displayed? Another thing I would like to add is the possibility to be able to sen/receive sms on the 3G Pipo M6. This is possible on the Nexus 7 3G with some added apk's, so I think it should be possible on Pipo too? If the messaging apk is included, the one used to sms (the standard android messaging apk) it should work on Nexus, so hopefully on Pipo 3G as well??

              Sound mute in taskbar.

I have the RR1.7 loaded ...great ROM.

How about a mute icon either in at the taskbar or in the drop down assess at the upper right?

The noisy keys in the taskbar are ..well, annoying!

Noisy keys? Why don't you just disable touch sounds? Settings > Sound > uncheck Touch sounds.

That is an option, of course.

Still ...woundn't a single mute icon, easily accessable and without backing out of a window be nice?

Re: Wish list for PiPo ROM's

Just turn the volume down low with the already existing volume keys, it will automatically mute.

What we DO need on the soft key bar, is Menu button. That way we can remap the volumerocker keys to actual volume and still have a functioning menu key.

This can be done with SotKeyZ - although that would mean loosing screenshot and volume control - and I still feel it would be a nice addition to the "stock" navigation bar.

The parameter file has to be written to increase the app space. My custom ROMs come with 2gb default with more choices.

                        I'm downloading the firmware now.

Also for the M6. I have my day cut out for me......hahaha.

Oh, and I have 3 other ROMs cooking...including the new M7.

                            Pipo M9:

Would it be possible to have the escape button remapped to Mute?
Also a "close all open apps" option
                            Auto rotate built in.

You can edit the parameter file in notepad, but it is extremely difficult to learn how to edit this correctly. I use many tools, but I could direct you a very long thread which contains the information you need...ROM building is quite a process.

The latest firmware for the M8 Max (3088) is what I based my RileyROM on...

Check this thread for the M5.....

To my knowledge, there has not been an issue reported for 3G. I do have the 3G version of the tablet, but the installed 3G modem isn't compatible with United States 3G carriers, so I'm unable to test it.

I was able to edit the parameter and increase the data space to 2gig as well I followed a video from youtube.

Anyway, as for M5, I thought Pipo M5 only has the 3G version?

Thanks for your rom! Keep it up man!
