I noticed on the Z4 the preinstall script isn't running on all roms 8.3 or 9.2 anymore. No kodi or Youtube installed so I'm guessing that's the reason i'm also getting the activation error. I noticed also when trying out twrp recovery my screen defaults to 720p and cannot seem to get back to the old setup. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

The preinstall.sh script is initiated by init scripts in boot.img. Have you flashed a different boot.img?

Another possibility is the kernel is blocking some information that the init scripts need to know when to run eg "post_fs_data" boot stage

I have a Beelink i68G box and couldn't manage HDMI-CEC function to work not only with my LG tv but also with Samsung. Is there a trick for that ?

I wanted turn this feature off. LG TV settings and look for the Simplink option and turn it ON.
Otherwise, I do not know that it works. The Kodi is always turned off when the TV is turned off. So I turned off this function on th TV.

It should just work, not sure why.

Hi lonix, i upgraded from fixed 8.2 to 9.2 and i get only 7mbps on wifi, in 8.2 it was much faster.

Now the problem is the file browser to open the SMB will have the file can not be found

Not all files can not be opened, there are some files can sometimes not be opened.

Open with ES is all possible, is the zidoo file manager can not open some folders

Using zidoo file browser to open a directory which can not be found in the file, with the ES does not have this problem
