tried but failed

I installed this rom and tried it. First, everything was sideways and I could not work my mouse good enough to turn it correctly. Also, there was no on screen keyboard, and I could not get to the settings to set it up. I am sure it will be a good rom, but could not get past the sideways screen.....

at first start you can use the app rotation locker (already installed) and you have the ui in landscape.

mounting in 1.5a rom works perfect.

about speed, maybe nova is a little bit slow.

for the second partition mounting problem, i must see the boot.img and vold.fstab

but i think that just now, if you flash the boot.img of t428 1.5a in combination with the vold.fstab of t428 1.5a in a modified system.img you can solve.

i can investigate and solve this problem. But the main reason of this rom for now, is the stability, wifi performance, video performances and the speed of all the system. all other problems can be solved easily.

tomorrow I'm not home, I'll be out the whole day, but in the coming days we will solve the secondary and minor problems.

Thanks for the help, got the screen in landscape mode using your rotation locker. One of my major problems is the over scan on my monitor. As you have said, the screen is not adjustable. I streamed an MKV file from my NAS and it was flawless. Also, the video quality was fantastic. Netflix does not work, video was all pixilated and distorted. Another strange thing I noticed, the audio was in Spanish?? I miss the notifications at the bottom of the screen and the wireless icon. This rom is very promising.

Android 4.2.2 have notification on the top status bar

For netflix you can use the trick that you can read in other thread. Xposed framework + netflix plugin.

For the overscan read the bob post on this thread.

Strauzo and I was working on a ROM. But now we have noticed that the Rom we Wants to Test not was a CM10.1 Rom it was a Fake.What I can say is, Strauzo is a very good Dev. I think we should ask him if he want toBecome a Developer here.Sorry for taking his Time, now he can Work on his Main Project.I think this will become success for all.Neomode

This Firmware was not Based on CM10.1.
I was so happy that I found a CM10.1 that I not check it more.
The next Time i will do Extended Test to be true that is not a Fake.

Code not based on cm source. And incomplete in many parts. For the kernel we don't have problems we have the source code but for now i want use the source only to compile new modules to have other feautures if we need it.

Next step in the last pipo rom will be the mounting of multiple partitions.


In the last pipo rom, i don't have any problem with wifi. I want know others tester about wifi.

But don't forget, if you want test the wifi restart it before test, specially if you have used a rom with ehomemediacenter inside.

Well. i need your help on mounting hdd with multiple partitions. (one partition no problem)

i just used the boot image of t428, modified framework-res.apk to change the storage_list.xml

i used also the vold.fstab.

now the rom boot with t428 vold.fstab but when i insert the usb android say: disk damaged.

i think is involved also the /bin/vold but...
