have you restarted the router before testing the new rom ?

i made this "tablet" rom also because ehomemediacenter apk, that is inside other roms, make crazy my router. If you have used an old rom with ehomediacenter inside, you can have the same my problem.

The only way to have the router again working well is restarting it.

Many of you have used rom with ehomediacenter inside that i hate.

I suggest to restart router before try the new rom. And after you can test the wifi.

i downloaded xbmc 8 or 9 times without any problem. the wifi is very strong and stable.

And i use DroidMote for all my tests, and it need good wifi. All is perfect.

Yesterday my son looked for three whole hours cartoons from youtube and did not notice any problems on the wifi. (this is the best test otherwise my son crying, is like an alarm for the wifi )

Attention also if you have in your lan another android hdmi stick with this apk inside. (ehomemediacenter apk) Some routers are not affected, but many others become unstable when they receive the bad broadcast packet from ehomemediacenter.

Well i'm uploading the update.img in this mode is very simple to flash this rom.

A suggestion:

after the first start, you have the app rotation locker to force the ui in landscape.

But after this i use the standard android button in the right status bar on top and i click it to set the auto rotate property.

you can have also the option in the app rotation locker of longpress on the landscape button.
if you long press on landscape button, rotation locker activate a service that force all apps to stay in landscape.

i don't want patch the OS for now for this situation that for me is not a problem. patching the OS for the orientation can cause problems on some apps that manage the orientation in an autonomous and independent from the system.

HDMI setup not working: i know this but the rom don't need this becouse scale in all tv very well.
i dont'understand what mean no FULL HD. In the hdmi settings the 1920x1080 resolution is only a fake scale. To have a real 1920x1080 resolution you need a dedicated kernel.

5Ghz Wifi not working: I have a router Netgear DGND3300v2 and the 5Ghz band work very very well and also the 2.5 Ghz band

From the emotional ago 1.5a runs faster: compare the antutu score, but specially look the video performances and all the system without strange jamming.

This rom is my daily rom, if I found a rom that works better, I would use that

I do not gain anything from the development of these roms, I just want the best possible Android and specially i don't want a Chinese Android

I have this problem too, if you use an hd with more than one partition only the first one will be mounted.

in this moment i don't have an external hd with two partitions, can you try to swap this attached system/etc/vold.fstab with the your in your actual rom ?

how you seem the performance of the videos and the stability of this rom ?

pretty good, its really fast and got the least stuttering of any t428 rom I've tested (nearly zero) - mind I have an ethernet cable near all my tv so I dont use wifi, cant report about its stability.
