If you want to access google play and are receiving the cannot connect error the solution is going into the apps and disabling connection manager.

perhaps I did not understand, use google translate to translate from Italian,
play store start but some applications can not be downloaded because the device is not compatible with the app I want to download.
the main problems are that Netflix does not go in streaming, the app works but to play streaming command does not start, same thing if I use the browser to place the app.
second issue simultaneous audio problem on hdmi and spdif

Sorry i misunderstood you i thought that you cant access playstore at all.
For the apps that are not compatible with the device the only way that i know of is to change the build prop, the name of the device to some other device, you will need root access though.

This is the exact reason I am returning this box...BC it's just a nice flashy led box. Thank goodness for amazon prime. Gonna be sticking with tronsmart/finless productions from now on. The extra $40 in savings for this box is not worth the headache.

well i rooted it tried ogyoutube but no luck still 360p maximum resolution in youtube,also changed build prop to nexus 10 tried original youtube app but no luck still 360p maximum resolution still, i am out of ideas, in kodi though i get 720p in youtube addon.
