That release date got delayed with a day for at least 5 times these days, so i wouldn't be surprised if it will be delayed again.
I just checked it and it's already delayed with another day from september 1 - september 7. They always seems to put release dates and they never seems to make it work. Always delays.I bought one because i thought it would be shipped in august, but i should have known better.

GT1 S912 also running at 1.5Ghz instead of 2.0 Ghz as on S905X?
So only difference between cheaper tv boxes is the Mali T820 GPU and nothing else?

No it can't.
Max is 1.5Ghz even if benchmark tools show 2Ghz.
There is no difference in speed when run at 1.5, 1.75 or 2Ghz, they all get the same performance.
It was a marketing trick by Amlogic.

It looks like Odroid did manage to get real 1.75Ghz with heavy overclocking, extra cooling and different software.
But 2Ghz is a no-go.

Its good to know the capabilities of the Beelink GT1.
Other than the 1.5Ghz bottleneck, whether this device capable of supports & plays various video codecs including the 4K?
How is the WiFi performance of this Beelink? (previous beelink devices have low wifi signal problems)

Yesterday i have received GT1 from Bee-link factory via DHL.

Device is a very small ,with quality plastic.
Premium design stands out from other devices from China.Thet is understandable, given that the bee-link is a brand name product.
The lower part of the device is from rubberized plastic.Due to the small size of the box it was left for AV output and a third usb.It is question about the cooling due to the very small dimensions.
The AC adapter is the smallest I've ever seen, you can swallow it.

Unfortunately AnTuTu shows that the clock is at "1.5 GHz", because of only modest almost 38000 AnTuTu points.With this results there is no Amlogic 2.0 Ghz statements,but there is no mention on the gift box thet Cpu is clocked on 2.0 Ghz,Bee-link is protected from 2.0 Ghz false Amlogic marketing.

-There is no Chinese app junk, just the basics and of course Kodi 16.1 with inserted addons.There is Kodi mate app with mate addons for additional insertion addons by categories for those who have poor knowledge of the Kodi.

-Drm info: only third level.
-Youtube is limited to 1080p.

-To compliment is the top notification bar and the bottom antique one,that gives all the options of adjusting the volume, forward, back, home and so on to the closure and re-start.
-UI is fast, everything goes quickly and smoothly.
-System is stable for now.

-Antutu Video tester gives 865 points, 27 fully supported, partially supported only 3, and no one not supported.

-3D Mark Sling Shot ES 3.0 .... 573 points
-3D Mark Unlimited..10118 points for Ice Storm.
-3D Mark Ice Storm Extreme ... 6162 points.

-A1 bench SD for Internal memory: read 54,83MB / s Write-27.74MB / s.

-Android 6.0.1, version is from 19.08.2016.
-There is OTA,but say it is on the latest SW.
-There is no problem with Cpu Temp.
It was all for the late night testing,more to come.
