Please post a photo of the build number. I think you may have missed a step or two.
1- Newyork - just click on it and put your city in it.
2- Playstore re tested 3 boxes working. (but if you missed instructions including the factory reset may not work)
3- Ota fixes playstore and Kodi.
4- Follow steps in first post.
5- Can install Twrp and re flash easier now.

Looking into brick issue with boot.

Installed OTA update, now when tv is switch on, box also switches on.
Playstore works.
Install Twrp later, when polished version will come

Really dumb question..what about the bluetooth? I could have sworn this thing had bluetooth. I might be wrong. I'm just curious because I want to know if I can use my bluetooth headphones with this box when I use it to watch movies, and I was sure it had bluetooth.

No hardware bluetooth that i aware of? The process of putting this to work is at 1st post. Not doing the steps including update and Factory reset once update completed booting if it doesnt work now not much i can say because that the route i take and make sure everything working that way.

This port is awesome, i flashed yesterday, and the experience is very satisfying for the moment. It seems Netflix playback is more contrasted though and i don't know if it goes up to 720p, seems blocked to 480p, how can i check ? (Maybe it is is just an impression i don't know)
I will test casting and if i find bugs i will post them here. Again, many thanks to you.

I see it upgraded netflicks from playstore too. I dobt use it but ill see how to find out what screen specs are.

Hi,

I'm totally new to this and there seems like quite a step between somebody just starting and using USB burn Tool and ezroot. Would somebody be so kind to explian in simple terms the steps needed to install this (Scooter's room). I had a look at the forums but haven't found any good tutorials.

I mean I've only used HTC devices and have installed custom roms on them many times but i really don't know where to start with this v88 port.

Your .img file has to be converted to a flash able ZIP first I believe before he can use twrp... Unless I'm missing something

Once you follow the instructions to install twrp you can flash stock or modified img even system.img /boot.img thats the point of installing it as recovery😁
