Hello everyone, I want to ask something..
Right now, my firmware version is T5ZP30031, Is that the lates firmware?
I'm using the T95Z Plus 3GB DDR3 ROM, the only problem I have is the dark video kodl screen
At the moment I'm using Screen adjuster. I wonder if the newest firmware has fixed this?

I just saw that there is a new release ''again'' for the t95z Plus a 3GB RAM and 32GB flash. that what explaion you special build.

Now you need to search and see if your internal hardware match oldest hardware. if yes then you can use same build that posting here and there.

The newest hardware that identify the build you need to use is the WIFI chip. recent version of the t95Z Plus sold with a 9377 Qualcom and bluetooth chip.

I have a Sunvell T95Z Plus Android TV Box, I can't it to goto the Home Screen to reset the firmware back to the factory setting and remove Kodi Jarvis 16.1, do anyone ever experienced this and know of a way to get the box to reset to the home screen to allow me to wipe the box?

I removed the old version, went to kodi.tv/download and manually got the apk file and loaded with x-plorer.

To be clear there is not a good version of Android 6.0.1 that works with KODI and passthrough audio. I have loaded a nightly build called "shitty" Which backports the unsupported audio code from Jarvis. End result I have full DTS playback in Krypton.

HEy guys and galls,
question totally off topic but.. I have a T95Z in my RV, my TV here only has AV-in, so I want to use the T95Z through AV-out.
However the box does not sense AV connection automatically, and I get nothing on my screen.
So, I will have to set the box to AV-out manually, and in the blind.

Anyone who is willing to give me the (left, right,up,down,ok) directions through the menu, to set up the box with AV-out?
(or is this possible through USB and laptop? [no wireless connection yet, as i have not been able to set up this new box, because of the above..])

thanks for ur answer. How can kodi be removed and is it possible to install android Version 7 on this box that kodi runs smoothly ??? maybe u can do an Image of it ??? so we can load it in our machines.

Your welcome

On your device if you go to settings, then to apps, you can remove any installed app. Find the Kodi app icon. Click on it and you should have an option to uninstall.

To my (limited) knowledge you can't install Nougat on these boxes. This is typically done by the hardware vendor since they know all the device drivers required to get it to work. Once Nougat (or any Android) is on the box, developers (here) can use that to customize it making it more efficient and removing useless applications.

The best you can do is find a good a customized ROM here for 6.0.1 and flash it. I didnt mean to infer that 6.0.1 android doesnt work AT ALL with KODI. KODI already runs smoothly on Marshmellow. The vendors are using a tablet version of android that is not "official" android 6 and due to their rushing their device to market they left a lot of bugs leading to slow down and other issues. Many of the customizations here clean that up allowing the device to run better/faster.

I was watching tv an the software have problems, so i shut it down, after that i unplug the plug and insert again, but the box is not booting anymore only the LED is working.. the clock is also off. What can i do now ??

Hi guys, stumbled upon your forum, and I find it very informative. I'm no techie, but over time struggled to solve most of my issues myself.
Bought the sunvell T95z plus 3gig ram with 16gig storage. It's running fine, even updated kodi which is running well but for the life of me, I cannot get the latest YouTube software to play videos. Everything loads, but nothing plays, the wheel just turns. The version the box came with runs fine. Am I missing something here?
