    yours can't be working any different then mine
    unless you have maybe a different one
    I got the h96 pro+ 3gb/32gb
    I just reflashed the box again..and it does the exact same thing...google play doesn't open...also I found out that the add accounts app doesn't work either...basically just crashes..
    this is the one I flashed

          aml_s912_q9377-H96PRO+(3+32)-20170104.zip (UNTESTED) -...this one doesn't work
          the 3gb+16gb one does tho..and reports the correct 32gb space on the pro+
          also not sure if it made a difference but I selected erase all in the amlogic burning tool

                Install firmware with a microSD card

                STEP 1 (download and extract).
                Download :
                Burn Card Maker and firmware

                Extract "TF.rar" and firmware in the same folder.
                Now you get "Burn_Card_Maker.exe" and firmware file.

                Put a microSD card in your computer (on Windows) and go to the second step.

                STEP 2 ("make" the microSD card)
                Run "Burn_Car_Maker.exe"
                The first time it's in chinese, click on the top lef menu, click on the second option, check "English" and put "OK".
                Close and restart "Burn_Car_Maker.exe"
                Chose disk: (Letter of your microSD card)
                "YES" must be check 3 times for "To Partition and Format", "erase_flash" and "Reboot" (erase_bootloader must be uncheck).
                Click on "Open" and chose firmware img.
                Click on "Make", format the microSD card (default settings), after that the rom copy begin on the microSD card, when it's done you get a "Success" message.

                STEP 3 (installation)
                Now, insert the microSD card in the device (power supply unplug/off).
                Let your TV on and the HDMI cable plugged.
                With a paper clip or other, press the reset button and hold it (small hole under the box), in the same time plug the power supply on the Beelink GT1.
                The installation process begin, remove the paper clip and wait

                      Top one (3+16/32) is the tested one that others have working. I haven't had a chance to load it up yet but DNIZoid mentioned about WiFi fixed from previous firmware. (MAC Address bug I believe it was)
                      Second one is the one with edited restored boot animations.

                      @wwmoggy: it looks like it only booted into recovery and didn't begin applying the update. What should happen is with the Micro SD Card inserted, hold the reset button until you see "Upgrading" with the bar below. If it boots into that list again something isn't right with the Micro SD Card that was made.

                          Is there also a link to the stock firmware for the H96 pro+ 3/32
                          I tried to remove the spyware and now it starts up with a black screen after the 912 logo.
                          Already tried the newer firmware versions but got a red cross with the sd card update.
                          Also tried amlogic burn tool but i tried 2 usb to usb cables but my laptop and pc wont see the H96 pro+
                          So if anyone can help, thank you

                            For those having issues with burn card: on the micro SD card, rename the firmware img to update.img, then edit the .ini file in a text editor to reflect this as well. Save and try installing again. I'm not sure why but that worked for me... doesn't like some of the characters in the file name perhaps.

                            In terms of stock firmware I think the 11/07 one was stock or close to it. I have a TWRP backup of mine I can post after work.

                                shoot, not sure what else to suggest
                                I just succesffully updated using aml_s912_q9377-H96PRO(3+16)-20170104.img on my Alfawise H96 Pro+.
                                Don't think it makes a difference but this is my "aml_sdc_burn.ini"
                                Code:
                                ;
                                ;Amlogic sdcard burning configure script
                                ;This card burning script support both dos and unix file format, but don't edit in windows if not dos format
                                ;Except comment, all must readable ASCII letters
                                ;
                                ;Amlogic sdcard
                                ;dosunixdos
                                ;doswindows
                                ;ASCII

                                [common]
                                erase_bootloader    =1
                                erase_flash         =1
                                reboot              =1

                                ;package will filled by sdacard burning tool
                                [burn_ex]
                                package     =update.img
                                ;media       =
                                I attempted before hand with aml_s912_q9377-H96PRO+(3+32)-20170104.img (the one where I had changed boot logo and animation). It only got near the end of upgrade and gave an error (X) on screen.
                                Must be a repacking issue or I am missing something as I am literally doing the exact same thing as the other firmwares aside from the logo and animation changes. Not a big deal anywho (It has been removed from my downloads)
