I tested this kernel with Minix X7 Finless Bob 1.4.

I use MX Player and Archos Video Player and beginning in Hobbit 720p in my test.

MX H/W alot of stuttering.
MX H/W+ Perfect.
Archos Perfect. I found this to be amazing because it is my favorite videoplayer!
EDIT:Find out when i hide systembar video is very choppy, so strange.

Just a few things, i did not find 24hz in menus? And also wifi and ethernet did not work as expected, if you could get that working for Minix X7 it would be awesome!

Works great on 1080p movies with XBMC! GJ!

Few things to note... As another user pointed out, both Google Play Movies and Crackle dont work. They load, but the video goes into an endless load. Also, Google play music doesn't go beyond a single song, then goes mute or crashes.

Finally, Im getting a bunch of red speckles all over my screen when I switch to 1080P. It worked fine with 720P. I was able to narrow it down to something with my receiver (yahama vsx-671). The strange thing is, I don't have an issue with any other HDMI device (PS3, BOXEE, etc). With the CS918, I have to plug it in directly into my TV to work correctly.

Any ideas or comments on the above??

Today i got this device to my home, but at place im right now i don't have TV. I have PC with GRAPICH CARD (nvidica 430) that have HDM-i, but my monitor does not have it.

Is there any working way i can conect my box to grapich card and use it !?

Hi, just flashed 1.2.2 .. have a few issues :

• don't see the 1080p 24 in hdmi mode
• when trying 1080p50 or 1080p60, have my tv going crazy on the hdmi input.. maybe something incompatible ? had no problems with previous rom 1.2.0 1080p
• i have no sound at all, device is connected to my tv with hdmi and tv to my amp with optical spdif.. worked also fine in 1.2.0 1080p

By the way, i can see a good speed improvement but playing 1080p from my nas still freezes a lot with mxplayer, despite streaming from my computer works fine in 1080i 11Mbits/sec

1080p-24 is now only present in 720p kernel.
i will update 1080p ver later (waiting if wsser can soleve hdmi multichanel)

I guessing you have to change hdmi cable, 1080p more data. Or try to connect direct to tv to rule out reciver problem.

Do you really need both? If someone tells you what is not working, surely the rest would be working?

Thanks for your work.

I have a Mele F10 Pro which I am using with the K-R42. The 1.2.0 firmware detects the remote as both a microphone and speaker.

The problem is that after every reboot I have to change the audio as it keeps getting set to the remote speaker. I'm not sure if the microphone gets reset as I think the default (from my Logitech C210 webcam) was what I wanted.

Is this a known issue?

I've got the same problem with mele f10 pro.

Thee other problem is with HDMI. I use 1.2.0 1080p ROM and it's great. Slow but great. But when I flashed 1.2.2 ROM with 1080p kernel and 1080p HDMI out my screen was juping (not very often). When I changed to any 720p mode (in 1080p kernel) it's gone ...

About stuttering, have you tried MX in H/W+ mode? If not try it and use codec in link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2156254
