Hi all,

In my tron T428 when i flash this rom, and i did it severall times in the taskbar next to the wireless sign it should appear the info regarding thr day like friday.... but instead i get a bunch os strange numbers and letters.

Is that solved easaly ?

Nice work, hope it solves the major issues found so far.

I'm a little disapointed because with my old MK802III with a personalized rom was working better than this T428, because of better roms created at that time.

This is why I'm tired of buying Chinese sticks from them.

Poor support.

If not for Freaktab these things wouldn't work. The devs here deserve a lot of props for their work. I can bet they are just as frustrated with the changing hardware. You'd think a hardware change would warrant a model number change. No, it's a crap shoot.

I really crapped out buying two QX2 sticks because there is no custom Roms.

I thought of buying a new 908 until seeing they're on V5.... Crazy.

I'll spend the extra money and buy a MINIX X7 instead. Maybe I'll just buy a smart TV instead.

There's so many brands and models of Android sticks for sale right now who could possibly know which one to buy!??

If I would know about this before I bought the stick, then I would put the extra money on a Minix X7. It's quite sad that they can't even reply to a simple e-mail, or am I having too high expectations when I ask if they're going to upload the stock ROM for V5..?

You also could try contacting beelink or zerodevices support for this. I am not sure if they even sell the v5 yet, but beelink should be your best bet as they are suspected to be the original manufacturer of those sticks.

Yes yes.

Leolas is the man!!

He made an Alpha rom that runs on the QX2. I greatly appreciate his work.

Unfortunately he doesn't have one to try it on and it has reboot problems. What I meant was, there is no stable ROM for the QX2.

I am grateful for all the dev's hard work and generosity with sharing it.

I think main problem for all those devices is missing source code of the kernel, so the vendors are to blame for that. Sure, thats part of chinese mentality, but if they would share sources the devs would be able to do much better kernels and find ways to make them more stable, fast and cool by modifying.
