I haven't install the Launcher on my box so I really don't know how it looks like on screen. If you have modified Icons are on scale and size of the files are in limits, It can easily be replaced. The hard part is modding and its hard to explain. You need to know some programming skills to dig in. Lot of hit and trials with compiling. Try to replace the icons and recompile first then try to mod the source step by step is the easiest way to figure out the mistakes.

From the source I guess you can have Six shortcuts list out from 1 to 6 in sequence so it can be replaced. You mentioned 8 app above.

Ok first I will modify the shortcuts and the Spanish language. If everything goes well then we will replace the icons. But you have to give me sometime to do that as I have some commitments right now.

Sorry for the delay, launcher modded as per your requirement. All the shortcuts are modified and language converted to English. Confirm if its working for you.

GOOGLE PLAY opens IPTVExtreme
CHROME opens BROWSER (supposed to be firefox, because of adblocker and video playback)
NETFLIX opens SETTINGS
MULTIMEDIA cannot find package, opens play store and states: nothing found(but I am using another one on my tablet so it is likely to work)
CONFIGURACION cannot find package, opens play store and states: nothing found
YOUTUBE opens PlayStore

On the right when you click on useful information given description remains Spanish...but this is not that important :-P
