if you can get your Device in LoaderMode , you only have to press restore / upgrade

in Flashtool and wait till ready , LoaderMode is the stock Flashmode ,

please upload the Picture again , i was not able to see it , not working ,

second , please try to connect your Box into "LoaderMode" to see if it

works ,

1. load FW to Tool

2. press the "reset" Button , small Hole , hold it ,

3. connect USB

4. connect Power

try it this Way ,

and please download the latest Drivers and Flash & SDTools from the

Link i gave , i always had same Problems with SD restore for my UT3 ,

but i found out that in this Tools (Link) one of them has special SDboot

Loaders inside the Folders , maybe this was always missing , first Time

that i saw this ,

please use a copper wire for shorting , this looks for me little strange ,

and you really know which one is the "reset" Button ??? , think well , now

only can hope you will get it , did you load the SD Tools ??? ,

This is for X99 TV Box Firmware (20181024) Plugin the big USB plug into your computer the small 3.0 USB cable first into the box. Then hold the reset button and plug USB(big) to USB (big) into 2.0 USB on your computer and other end into the box (X99) while holding reset button. You will hear a sound knowing your box is connected. Then startup the RK android tool v2.43, load the firmware and hit upgrade. This is for 20181024 and its rooted and it works great when I hook it to my TV.
