Doesnt work either MK39 firmware or y8 scv1 firmware..

Keeps giving error when clicked to video and app closes.

        Probably rk3399 Kernel related issue.

          Editing a comment
I could easily fix it if a company sponsored me a quality RK3399 device and the latest source code.
But I don't want to fix Magicsee's mess.

        Hi ,

        X99 has DDR3 , N6 has DDR4 , dont think it works , same for X99 only DDR3 Roms shall work ,

but i am no Dev. , good luck / greetings / gefattern

The rk3399 seems to show many of same issues,
          Regardless of the device manufacturer.

Where's the source code that rockchip tested this soc with? Surely it is Not beta, but a release fw.

          - Can Anyone report a type C port working Properly?
          - IS the pin to pin sameness with lesser RK chips have Any benefit?
          - Perhaps Cloudnetgo Fw may run on the n6?
... despite ddr3, it is said to be built with ddr4 also.

          Notice the configuration specs :

well without trying we won't know because for example N6 Max (DDR4) firmware works for Rikomagic MK39 (DDR3)

(http://www.aftvnews.com/how-to-set-c...-without-root/) This method also works for MK39 firmware

Yundoo y8 scv1 firmware ; sleep +screensaver working out of the box.
Yes i needed to fix it of course... they can fix it in the sdk no problem.......!!!!
The Amazon Prime Video can also be fixed just fine in the sdk....!!!
They are just to lazy to do it!

Hi everybody. On 4pda too look for an opportunity how to hide the top system bar. Perhaps if you replace Systemui.apk from the other firmware rockchip 3399... For example, use UI from yoodoo Y8. In the topic Y8 there are reports that the 7 beta firmware solved this problem. There is a hide button. I don't know if it's true or not. After reviewing this topic I have not found a solution to the issue of the first pages.

                      Hi ,

so you look for a solution to hide the top bar , only , or Notifications too ??? , yes ,

uninstalling "Systemui.apk" makes this , but then i think "Notifications" pull down

will not work anymore , why not try a different Launcher , on my X99 , no top bar ,

but Notification , i use the ApexLauncherClassic , no need to uninstall the "Sysui" ,

of course some Roms hve the "hide" Function , but most not , because they have

                      all still many Bugs ,

hope it helps / greetings / gefattern

Are they kidding me,its totally weird

sure, all my USB2.0(2 ports)and USB3.0(1 port) read USB Flash Drives!
BUT as you know Type-C Port still does not work

And I'v tested with "Wired Mouse" and all ports worked too(except Type-C Port)

I'v requested full refund or some partly refund(as same as my X99 deal and got it $ 42)

                        Bye++
