Keep in mind;I'v also tried this one too!

Problem is still continue

And this problem is not related MXPlayer,if you use default Player(Media Center) same issue persist!

Yesterday I'v also tried(thru GPlayStore) 3 different Player and one is VLC Player...
So problem with Box HW or FW

why u not use a stock BT Mouse with Keyboard , i use the Logitech K330 , works great with Mouse

on every TVBox ,

Well,I'v wireless KB+Mouse but I do not like it even I do not use KB

So,just I need a good Air/Fly Mouse only
For example like X99 Air-mouse was good

There is no any Heat problem with this box
Its very cool

For example X99 get it more heat!

And I ignore it all Benchmark tests

Today I'll try to new F/W

Previous upgrading(for GooglePlay account issue) they tell us "SD Card Method" and given their Tool and instruction
And I'v used this method without any issue and done the Flashing succesfully

Wondering is this method still going on?
Which is way better&easy for flashing!

My reply indicates that an OTA app is loaded on the box, at least that's is my take-away..
Also I understood no boot-card maker was needed.
I would think if the type C is inop, then the 3.0/ 2.0 or sd slot will get results. No?

You have two ways to upgrade,
1.upgrade via Android tool on PC (If the device can not work, upgrade on PC can solve all problem)
we make a video about how to upgrade,you will fimd it is easy.

2. Upgrade via OTA
You can download the OTA version firmware onto a USB disk, run the Newotaupgrade APP.
IT can upgrade automatically
If your box can work,but have some little bug,this way can be easier.

Another joke

"Type-C Port" still does not work!!

I'v inserted my Type-C Port Adapter and tested some of USB drives but Box still doesnt recognize

what the hell man,they knew those stupid port issue and told me that they will release F/W for
Type-C Port issue
so WTF

Therefore I'v already watched YT flashing video and proceed all necessary steps and Successed
Now my FW already changed dated;20181217

But what about Type-C Port issue,so you cant use it!

For Flashing latest FW(20181217) watched their video-guide and do it easly+

I'v Type-C Port Adapter(but they advised "Type-C Cable" and directly connection between Box and PC
Mine method was Type-C Port Adapter+USB3.0 Cable(Male-Male end)

as same above their advised method and I'v already flashed

Mine PC Win7(64bit)

Installed Driver without any issue(but I got warning fm Win7 such as Drivers will not proper installed .....
but I ignore it! in fact installed very well(if you got this warning just ignore it!)

As your stated second method is way better(OTA Upgrade) but I dont know processing,such how to do that??
or is it possible to use with this Box?
