Can we contact Mecool support about this KM9 to bring ATV 9 Certified update like on KM9 Pro. I think this will be fair for this, they have a same specs and same manufacturer, why is problem to update to official ATV this?

Will try the KM3 firmware to see if the Voice works in that rom

I tried to install the km9 pro image on my km9 but the process stops at 7% ( something like internal memory format error...). I used the burning tool v.2.6.8...

I used a newer version of Burning tools, I believe it's 2.7.1

I used the image found in this forum (Page 41) and also the KM3 image, both working flawlessly

Did you follow this procedure?? Usually, when it stops at 7%, that means a wrong firmware being installed.

we recently updated MECOOL KM9 on Android 9, but PIA vpn does not work anymore.
If PIA vpn is offline, the ethernet works well.
Before Upgrade Works with Android 8.1.
there is a solution to this problem?
