as far as i remember stock firmware doesnt have "more settings" to access normal android settings with white background.

My custom ROMs for the KM9 do, but I had to make some tweaks to both the ATV and non-ATV settings apps.

I'm used to the Tanix TX9pro, to adjust mouse and keyboard settings, you go to Settings/preferences/More Settings/Languages & Input.

Anyway I think my problem is a malfunctioning remote, I cant highlight on any of the apps top border menu tabs using the up & down button.
I switch to the mouse cursor function and it's super slow but does work.
I used a wired mouse as a test, and could navigate just fine.

I installed it on my KM9 and it plays in SD 960x540, but have to use a mouse.

Please edit the play quality (not download) in settings and set it high then play it again.

In application down click on More > Account > playback settings > set high.

Under app settings, there is NO settings for playback quality........ only for download quality.

I said after click on more click on account word then it will open new tab on your web browser for account settings then go to playback settings

Received the km9 this morning. Not sure if mine is defective, but I can't access the 'more settings' tab to adjust the pointer speed. Tried everything! Where the hell is it?
My version is the regular non-voice remote. It also has Netflix preinstalled, which works well, although I'm not using a 4k TV. Just a 1080 It looks like its running at 720.

Also have issues with a couple of movie apk's (not sure if I can mention them here) they worked fine with Android 7.1 but not with the Km9.

Could you please try newer versions on this link and try to play HD

Same thing, 960x540, and only mouse control....... I have tried 8 different versions that I have saved, but none worked.......

I can't even flash mine. Even with upgraded USB cable.
