We never delete anything around here. All (most, anyway) previous ROM's are still available at their posted links. The newest one is best, though. Just download it and give it a try.

It is always best to flash for the first time using a PC. CWM can't format the partitions, and file sizes vary between ROM's.

Ok i have the rom randy the one from 2.0a you reckon it's safe just to flash the CWM on it own via rkbatch 1.7? Or should I insert replace the recoveries in the rom and then flash to full rom?

It really depends on what you are wanting to do.

If all you need is CWM, then you can just flash it. You won't loose any of your current data/apps that way.

If you want the whole custom ROM experience, flash the whole thing.

Strange I flashed just the CWM recovery and it seems to have set me back to v2 of your rom rather than 2.1. I have lost the launchers and stuff but the book app works. I thought it would just be CWM that would be installed.

Hmmmm. Did you uncheck everything except recovery in the flash tool? If everything was checked, and you erased IDB (which you shouldn't have done if you were just flashing recovery)...then you have to start over.

You may as well flash the latest ROM, now.

My mistake didn't uncheck only navigated to the files via the browse button. What a dumm dumm

Is it possible just to install your apps from a CWM backup or would that set it back to v2.0?

If you are using the flash tool from v2.0, then it will flash v2.0.

No joy with the app tried to fix permissions in CWM still not playing oh well never mind. I will use something else. Cheers for all your help.

Just flashed the 1704 kernel my its fast, antutu 4 score a baw hair away from 21000, 20950 not at all bad. What's that about a 5000 increase in recent months. Awwweesssssssommmmmmmeee!

HI guys

I installed this awesome room on my pipo. however i've hit a bump and wondered if anyone could help.

I'm trying to access the skygo app but it says sky go is not supported on rooted android devices. Is there a way i can hide the root and supersu so that i can run sky go?

Any help would be appreciated

I am unsure if this is the right place to ask this. But since I am using PiPo M8 Pro using RileyRom 2.1.

I wanted to ask if it is possible to use my Steelseries Siberia V2 Diablo 3 USB headset with this tablet?

If it is possible, may I know how?

I have tried plug and hoping it will play, but no success.

I have tried using different apps to detect headset through USB but still no success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Most specialized USB devices require drivers to be installed. I'm not familiar with that device, but if you can find a driver for it, I can help you add it, or make a ROM with the change for you.
