      Problem with TB restore

I have a problem that can seem stupid to the majority but for me it is very important: when I updated to 1.6.1 from 1.5.0 I made a complete backup with TB, but I couldn't restore the data of my app (games and programs) so I lost a bug quantity of things. I checked and they are in the backup folder, but TB can't restore them. Maybe there is some parameters I have to use? I backupped only my programs, not the system one... Now I fear that at any firmware upgrade I'll have to lose again everything. The apps are all there, but all anew, without anything personal. I know that maybe this is not the correct place for this question, but I don't know what else to do...
And there is not a way to upgrade the firmware witout a total format? First time I updated with OTA bofore using Riley, I didn't lose anything..
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated...
      Thank you!

Maybe only TB can't see the folder in the SD card, there are 2 solutions:
        - set the correct path to SD in TB settings
        - copy the folder from SD to internal memory

TB backup location is set on the correct folder (where you have all the backup data)?
If no, go on menu->deafult backup location and make a "search on whole device". In this way TB will set the correct folder.
Reboot TB and make a "restore" of your data and system file.

          That worked for me.

TB sees the folder because it restored all the apps, only data are missing...

Are you sure that you made the backup with all system data?

                    I have no more ideas...
                    I'm sorry...

Some apps save their data to a folder on the internal SD as well as the android system so next time you could copy your internal SD to the PC as well and copy it back after the TB restore. If it's data that's available online sometimes a program will force you to redownload to verify licencing.

Yes, in fact some particular data cannot be saved by Titanium backup.
For example I've seen the following data are "lost":
                            "Bandland" data file
                            "mantano" books and preferences
                            "epic citadel" main data file
the picture of the "owner" on the top right menu

Yep. Agreed. So just be aware for the apps especially which having large data, just copy all downloaded data n save. Then install the respective apps from TB and paste the data back into phone. Work well for me in medscape.
