As without that cable I can't upgrade the box, I am expecting it to be sent to me. Moreover a wrong power brick has been sent with UK Adapter and I being told that is what I will get. Can you please talk to them and request to send both ASAP?

                          3739275 order number please update delivery and confirm that device been shipped on time and was shipped from eu warehouse so why delay to customer??
                          Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.
