    AW: Neomode Custom Rom MK802IV / MK809III 2.1 BETA RK3188-T and RK3188

This Board looks like a MK802IV PCB.
It is not normal that the same Board need different Firmwares!

In an attempt to flash this rom, I bricked my MK802IV. Computer no longer recognizes the device. I erased IDB before flashing and the device broke from that point on. Now it shows up at Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). The device also doesn't work when plugged into TV as it doesn't boot.

I tried shorting pins 8-9 on NAND but I'm not able to complete the reflash because eventually the device will boot and show up as Unknown USB Device. I'm not sure if its a driver issue or what. How can I delete all the drivers installed on my computer relating to this device?

I noticed the black screen problem happened when i started using the mk809III in a sony 32" lcd, is there a problem between sony lcd's and these devices? Cause i noticed in several posts in this forum other people have same problem...

Sounds like the ongoing problem i have, certain tvs can give you no output, i just think there are loads of different boards out there with same numbers like mk809III, but getting the same firmware to work on all the boards will not happen.

Everyone will have different issues ie: picture flashing / no wifi / lines on screen / etc etc, not the best android sticks i have seen anyway.

But hey ho, might get a 1 for all firmware to use on them, lol

I have two identical ones, but with diferrent ap6210 numbers underneath, and 1 works semi ok with v2.0,

but the other will ONLY work with Bluetimes BT919_1123 firmware, any other firmware gives me no wifi, and i have tryed every firmware and kernel out there.

Cannot get xbmc ot beyond xbmc working stable, without picture stuttering.

Think its goin be a bin job for these, and look into somthing different, by the look at other posts, not many seem to have these working top notch, and without ripping them apart and sticking wifi aerial outside the stick.
I've got the stick as you do, try this rom.

That's the same board as mine MKMutual! the problematic HTC-T010-V3 MK809III =/ it seems this board as issues on certain tv's, from what i can tell from other peoples post's. Just wish there was a stable firmware for this board...

Has anyone tried plugging the stick in the port without the hdmi extension?

                        @Neomode!

Hi, no news for the NETXEON MK809III_V1.0_20130606 ?

I had no problems with your 2.0 version, but with this new 2.1 I have the flickering problem!
I also tried the rom that worked for tvdroid (for cx919); everything works but again flickering problem!
The overclock and 1080p are working, pushing it to 1.8ghz with sam kernel and 1.6ghz with your rom.

I think that the flickering problem is related to sam kernel?!

                        This are my spec:

                        RockChip: RK3188-T SBAU32GS 1338
                        RAM: SCSEMICON HXB15H4G800BF-15H 667MHZ DDR3 1333H 9-9-9
                        HDMI: ITE IT6621FN
                        FLASH: TOSHIBA TC58TEG6DCJTA00
                        WIFI: AP6210 TOD600D (working)
                        ACTIVE CHIP: 8846QM
                        Production? 25-13 or 2-5-13

Hoping in answer from you! thanks

From what i can tell it appears that the HTC-T010-V3 board is used with 3 diferent plastic cases, one that says MK809III (mine), yours the Cozyswan S400 and a MK802IV... but the hardware is always da same, AP6210 Wifi and 3188 T processor. And they all share the flickering and black screen problem on certain tv's... just wished there was a proper rom for this v3 board, even if stock, that gives out stable 720p...

Neo 1.7 + SAM kernel don't work for me.

                              Lot of flickering

                                You are very lucky
In my case same flickering problem...

But I have some news: I have tested different combination of CPU FREQ/RAM FREQ/GPU FREQ
And the best stability I tested was at 1.8/1.9GHZ CPU BUT GPU AT 800MHZ AND DRAM AT DDR667/800
With the GPU running ad 800mhz and in 1080p the screen goes out every 5-6second! In stock frequencies every 0.5sec!

ALSO at 520P (or something similar) NO FLICKERING at every combination of frequencies!

Please neomod pay attention to this info! Thanks
