OK just did the audio passthrough test with stock kernel - doesn't work.
Did test with Kernel 3.0.36+ darrel_V_(non) #31 FriMar 7 - passthrough works perfect.

Any new kernel i can test? 4026 :-) ?

Hi d33,
I would like to take part at your testing process again.
My 5.1 sound receiver doesn't have HDMI input, but SPDIF only and if you are able to add SPDIF PASSTHROUGH support to the compatible with my device kernel, I will be glad to test it.

I would like to take part at your testing process again.
My box K-R42(RTL8188) is flashed now by KK ROM from post#69, but with your kernel.

K-R42 (wifi RTL8188) tested with kernel V4.022 kernel_RTL8188_RK1000_Host_DUAL_2

Sound options available are:
RK29_RK1000 works
RK29_RK1000 5Point1Multichannel no sound
RK29_RK1000 PASSTHROUGH works
720p video plays perfect
1080p video plays perfect

Screen scaling function works, but doesn't save settings after reboot.
Power ON/OFF doesn't work correctly (No HDMI signal after re-pressing Power button).
Internal onboard LAN doesn't work(works with external Ethernet to USB adapter only). If you remember you had this already been fixed in "Special" kernel_RTL8188_HD_v311a.

Okay - first test for JDfense/HKP168 for USB boot problem & everyone for HDMI sound

RK1000 audio driver only (no VGA)

Just to be clear these kernels are all tests to get the configuration clear and bugs removed. Only flash if you want to help the development process.
