Experiencing Frequent Reboot

Sir i was on Riley 2.5.2 version of Kitkat and had recently flash this 2.7 eventually after the first boot i signed in to play store to download my apps.. and then it just reboot, it never happened before with my old 2.5.2 version. and every now and then i randomly reboots... what could be the possible problem?

my steps for flashing.

1st erased Nand twice
2nd flashed the rom
3rd wait until boot

I read that the device goes down to deep sleep, I must say that this version does no such thing. I flashed my device last night and it was on for 6 hours, I checked wakelock detector and it states "99% wake"

So what ever you did with 2.6 it worked, for me it's better with a low reception bar than a 99% wake state. I read somewhere that this could be reverted. Other than that the rom is perfect!
