It will spoof the device like MINIX X7 so airpin can work on it.
We tested to spoof the device like a nexus 7 and no advantages on play store with it. For this we made the market helper guide linked in first post, but if you want we can release an optional patch to spoof the device like a nexus 7.

thanks Leolas !!! I'll try it tonite, because french app "myCanal" is seen as not compatible (even in wasser firmware) but compatible with HFW... And it works ! So I imagine that market enabler will do the job on QS3.

Is there any news on when you may have a kernel that supports 24mhz output? I have a number of movies I stream from my NAS that are encoded with 24FPS and stutter like crazy currently.

My setup for pasthrough is NEOX7 to TV using HDMI and Neo7 to my Sony amplifier using spdif.
In sound settings I have selected Rockchip spdif passthrough.

Works like a charm with mxplayer, and with the new libmedia.so by wasser in xbmc too.

I did the trick by adb.
from terminal emulator it can be done (put before wasser libmedia.so in /sdcard/<writing this:

su
mount -o remount,rw /system
mv /system/lib/libmedia.so /system/lib/libmedia.so.OLD
cp /sdcard/libmedia.so /system/lib/
chmod 644 /system/lib/libmedia.so 
mount -o remount,rw /system

Thats all.
Soon we will release 3.1 with some bugs solved and new features:
-New libmedia.so hacked by wasser (Thanks a lot to him for the great work and share it with us)
-1080p kernels with 24Hz
-A2 and other remotes with sound now will not be selected by default.
-scale problems fixed, we will no need the script in init.d, only adjust it in settings and it will work and be saved for the next reboot.
-And some more things that we are testing now.

Please be patience, we are working hard to resolve problems, for that we are lees actives in forum today. No estimated time to arrive yet, y only can say you we will release the update soon.
Dont worry about your installed apps, no wipe will be necessary for now.

did not succeed to change the tab model with market helper.

And when I restore myCanal.apk, the application starts but crashes, so there is really an incompatibility issue as this app works with HFW...

Does this new rom adresses isussue of harware overlays / can i install latest version of youtube app from market and will it work? Im aware of tweaked version of youtube app on xda dev site but it laks many features of offical app

sorry to be a pain, can some1 please tell me what i need to download. ie do i just need the first line which is the download i think. and the rest are kernels do i need them. sorry for all the questions i know how to flash the x7 but with what? im still on firmware o8 i would like to try something new, just like me another newbie thanks.

More on, I read that movies viewing it's very dark. This is a user problem, or it's normal in QS3 ROM ? In this second case, this specificity will be resolved with 3.1?

All you need is the first link. It has flashing tool and rom. If everything runs well for you, you don't need the other kernels or fixes.
