Mine was the same to UK - £13 although I'm not sure it's reached customs yet, still saying processing in Hong Kong, could have been an estimate for all I know from China end and may have sailed through UK customs without any charges but wanted to free it up for delivery asap. Will soon see, don't usually pay customs till I get the notificationComment

I always check https://epayments.dhl.co.uk/ for the charges to speedup the process try to find the same page for German customers...
that might be different for you tho cos I've received csm8+some other stuff the other day Valued $30 paid £3 charge
