I did not understand what your problem is. You do not install the ROM?


You have made the transition from 3 to 3.1? Or did you install from scratch v3.1?


I installed from scratch (because I had the v.2) with the classic method RKDeviceManage and everything went well the first time (flickering apart )


If the ROM starts regularly and not part of the configuration of Google when the ROM was started simply start Playstore ...

Hi Krel, Yes i did install from the scratch after that when i switch on my tele screen is black nothings else happening. after installing 3.1 i reinstalled 3.0 it work fine without a problem. i am just wondering is happening due to kernel ? cos this rom added new feature 24Hz ?

I can only tell you that the 3.1 has some improvements over the 3.0 as you can read the post 1.

I say also that it is not mandatory to have to force the latest version: if you work well and do not worry that you keep v.3


The kernels are of two types: the second type is only for people who have problems with flickering.


But it is the right thing to install at the beginning only the ROM default and do not install any kernel OC which does not offer great improvements ...

Then install a kernel in 1080, there is one tide .... Look at the post 2 of the ROM QSv3 and 3 post how to flash a kernel.

On QSv3.1 look at /system/preinstall/first/

I have a question to ask to developers. . .

Some of XBMC plug-in that allows me to see episodes streaming RaiTV.it, and that they were fully functional with QSv2 and its XBMC are not compatible with this version XBMC 13.1 Gotham custom Nitro and/or with QSv3.1.

I have tried to install XBMC previous version in QSv3.1, but the same plugin still do not work.

So I think I understand that the defect is not only due to XBMC 13.1 Gotham custom Nitro, but also/or of QSv3.1 (maybe only QSv3.1 ??)

Could you advise me or something maybe understand why it does not work and remedy?

it's a mix of things.
-xbmc frodo (12) works well on JB roms (qs2) but not on kk roms (qs3)
-xbmc 13 works on both JB/KK with some glitches.
-Some Plug-ins that work on xbmc 12, doesn't work fine on xbmc 13.

so, as far as i know, 95% of complains are xbmc related.

Hi. Thanks for the good work. I have the flickering issue and want to install a 1080p kernel patch. The rar contains many patches, I guess for different clock settings etc. Can you please add a small explanation on which one to choose in case you want just the standard settings as per the normal rom?

Minix standard remote app issue

Hi. I upgraded straight to 3.1 from a different custom rom that my device came with. Previously the standard Minix remote app worked fine. Under 3.1 however, the remote on my phone or tablet connects after start up, but after a while (mostly after not using for a while such as during watching a movie under xbmc or after xbmc going into sleep mode) the connecting is no longer there and when hitting refresh on the remote the minix is no longer detected. Only after reboot of the minix (not the phone, which does not solve the issue) the minix is recognized again on the remote (until connection is lost again after a while). Any idea what the issue might be?

The settings are described in the first few posts already... and the standard speeds mentioned several times throughout the thread... just read what is already there.

Probably some app that you've installed since the ROM doesn't sleep by default. Also check your XBMC settings... such as the Appearance-Screensaver which is normally set for Dim @ 20%... other settings/add-ons may behave differently than the default.

Quickflasher Not Working

Dear Team

Thank you for your Rom it is great. I have a queston about Quickflasher which does not seem to be working...

I have installed V3.1 directly from PC and Quickfasher was aleady installed. I watched the video and I was not able to find in download sections any quickflasher patch therefore I assume the included in version 3.1 is the latest, which I have upgraded to PRO.

However it does not see t find any packages at all, no matter where I put them, for example the following package:

kernel_leolas_x7_1080p_cpu1704_gpu600_ddr667_quick flasher.zip

Can you possibly assist?

Hi trying to update v3 to 3.1, have put the update.zip in both my external sd and root of internal storage and still no update. Confirmed with vendor software version.
