I tested all (I think) combination of digital audio settings in my MXIII and in XBMC software, and in results I have only lossy DTS, not DTS HD, despite displaying DTS-HD icon in XBMC.

My home cinema receiver is Denon AVR-1610.

These same files for my PopcornHour A200, of course, give the DTS HD.

I think any of these players support real DTS or DD in HD. There will be maybe sound but only as CORE DTS / DD.

Can someone check on his device one addon in XBMC (disclose.tv) ? I have no video, only sound. Not nice as I really like this addon... Under 107k4 there was video I am sure. All other addons / movie files looks fine, I don't have any problems. Thanks.

Confirmed same with Omans build. disclose tv no video.

Oman i put two tvs together and loaded your build xbmc and new gotham `14 beta 3 on the other.


finding new gotham crashed one or two times? expected that.

but when running the gotham build on streams ran alot faster with little or no buffering compaired to 30-40 seconds lag time from your build maybe some new changes in this build worth looking into??


Video seems cleaner as well i switched cables hdmi just to make sure one tv not better video then the other seems to be improvements, all the repos and addon seem to work well just a few minor re boots so far on it.

Using Quick shot rom for both boxes as well.

ive removed mx player and mx codex on both boxes as well.

Hi @oman,

I interested to know why OTA functionality won't be added in the next version if you already made it for the tronsmart box? It already developed, just needed to been add to this rom.

And The video problems everyone are encountrs are must be in super high priority, beacuase the box is awsome except the lack of this and OTA(i will check the 109k4 when it come and inform you if it not working)

I quess for some the one click update is an issue for most its not needed because its to apply the updates with sd card and with so many roms to choose from wouldnt expect each of those to incoporate that into rom releases and servers to support it.

everyone has thier own needs

Now for resellers that could be a huge bonus as applying thier own fixes and products onto the box for resale might be a following there.

feed back on video always responded to by Oman and others its been a hit and miss with low support for amlogic codex but its coming gotham 14. beta 3 any indication of results i am liking the results so far.

Edit - update weird pixels in xbmc streams kinda blurry and it's on all some times Cristal clear other times bury. Tested on 5 boxes now same affect.

ive got a S82b round-box - netxeon s83 v2.1 board

i originally had 105k4 fw on it,

Notification sounds was working
but i recently updated to 108k4 and now the notification sounds don't work
if try and select different sound it don't play
there's a big list of sounds but none are playing

Will the notification tones be fixed in next release too

Im really keen to see this working. Theres no reason for a usb HDD to still be spinning when the box is in standby or powered off. This becomes important when the box is set into the entertainment unit furniture with the tv and you dont want to have to mess around with plugs each time to use it.

Viper4Android FX for Beelink M8

Hello is there a possible to compile Viper4Android FX into Stock Fiirmware 108k4 ?
I installed Viper4Android FX on my Beelink M8 but it doesn't work through HDMI.

Script above mentions sdb-sde because it is a script running on my PopcornHour It is only example.
In PopcornHour external HDDs are sdb-sde or sdf .... partitions on these disks are labeled sdb1, sdb2, sdc1, .... but we want to spin down disks - not partitions
