OMG! 109k4 changelog looks awesome including the DRM and fix for all those "small" annoying issues. Can't wait.

@Oman is the XBMC 13.2 version added stane's version or yours?

will the removed popup notification ("when XBMC load for first time") work for any XBMC version or only the added in the new firmware?

Always thought the screensaver should have a option to use pictures.

I am guessing Oman edited the front page, then started the upload (which appears to have failed) and went to sleep / do something different and he is not awake as yet (it's only 9AM local Australian timezone.. depending where he is based it may be another 2 hours or so before he is awake and at work). I'm sure he will fix this when he is able to *unless a major problem was found with the firmware and it was pulled at the last moment.

109k4 has already been released,but we are still testing..if you see at the first post,I have already written the Change Log.Next Monday I will upload it.

So we spent much time to improve the ROMs,but they just downloaded from here and flash into their clone board?What could I say?

Sometimes I am thinking why I should be here to support and provide the ROMs?

ive got a S82b round-box - netxeon s83 v2.1 board

i originally had 105k4 fw on it,

Notification sounds was working
but i recently updated to 108k4 and now the notification sounds don't work
if try and select different sound it don't play
there's a big list of sounds but none are playing

109k4 fixed.

i dont why but getting odd issues with videos in few programs and its not consistant and video studder. using leolass latest rom and build included. i see mx player doesnt support amlogic and no player on market has updated codex for this device yet is this something we can ask manufacture to produce for us as seeing alot of issues with same problem. rooted xbmc is only with the m8 platform.

willing to try new builds but few getting frustrated as older boxes providing better quality and reliablity then the m8 now. i know i am not alone here Oman, did the sdk change in the last release that affects the playback ? seems to be more present in 108 releases??

I am not sure about this,but 109k4 improve the codecs.

I tested all (I think) combination of digital audio settings in my MXIII and in XBMC software, and in results I have only lossy DTS, not DTS HD, despite displaying DTS-HD icon in XBMC.

My home cinema receiver is Denon AVR-1610.

These same files for my PopcornHour A200, of course, give the DTS HD.

I can confirm that our Yamaha RX v371 AVR can passthrough DTS-HD..
But maybe the compatible ,or you can try the 109k4.

Confirmed same with Omans build. disclose tv no video.

Oman i put two tvs together and loaded your build xbmc and new gotham `14 beta 3 on the other.


finding new gotham crashed one or two times? expected that.

but when running the gotham build on streams ran alot faster with little or no buffering compaired to 30-40 seconds lag time from your build maybe some new changes in this build worth looking into??


Video seems cleaner as well i switched cables hdmi just to make sure one tv not better video then the other seems to be improvements, all the repos and addon seem to work well just a few minor re boots so far on it.

Using Quick shot rom for both boxes as well.

ive removed mx player and mx codex on both boxes as well.

In 109k4,the xbmc is updated to 13.2,almost the same with stane's.

I interested to know why OTA functionality won't be added in the next version if you already made it for the tronsmart box? It already developed, just needed to been add to this rom.

And The video problems everyone are encountrs are must be in super high priority, beacuase the box is awsome except the lack of this and OTA(i will check the 109k4 when it come and inform you if it not working)

I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you do continue to work with the community and provide ROMs for your devices.

It is very much appreciated and I for one, will consider Beelink my first choice for future devices purely because of the support and assistance you have provided here. I am sure others here will be of the same opinion (as I'm sure vendors will too)

It's a shame that clone manufacturers are stealing your work, they clearly have little respect.
