ok i just finished testing all the roms and heres what i have noticed something is up with wifi or streams ive tested now every rom and i have wasser and leolass on two boxes amlogic codex isnt a clean on this box as it is on my old jynk box minix 5 or mk902, steaming causes videos to lag and start stop video not crisp. i thought it was my connection so test all 4 boxes on same any rom the video streaming stops starts crashes and or freezes. i have yet to find the best solution to this issue and have now tested on every rom and similar issues come on every box tested ect any non m8 box.

i thought it was bad flashes or maybe something on the device still remaining so did a flash of the sd card and re did from scratch same results i get piss poor streaming in any feed some run ok but its limited to maybe a 15 minute to a 30 minute show next show lag and or freeze of the video and amlogic disabled in xbmc. tried stanes omans gotham 2 and 3 /( actually best results with gotham 3 for video clarity.

i am hearing same from end users these are direct from your supplier and just wondering if something different in these boxes because i hear most no issue with the box? programs tested showbox xbmc, gotham 2 and 3 omans build and stanes build and spmc.

just wondering is all.

Because the 109k4 is based on amlogic 8/23 sdk,and with a lot of patches from them...and they said the stage of the sdk must be almost stable for now..

So all your issues might be fixed on 109k4..if not ,post here again.

I think that someone who works (not working) with AMLOGIC should try and contact them - like OMAN???

I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you do continue to work with the community and provide ROMs for your devices.

It is very much appreciated and I for one, will consider Beelink my first choice for future devices purely because of the support and assistance you have provided here. I am sure others here will be of the same opinion (as I'm sure vendors will too)

It's a shame that clone manufacturers are stealing your work, they clearly have little respect.

But you cant distinguish the real and clone by your eyes,unless you open the box

AND I have an idea why!

Because of too many clones!!

Other reason is we have some OEM customers...It's not easy to handle only if OEM do this by themselves..

109k4 has already been released,but we are still testing..if you see at the first post,I have already written the Change Log.Next Monday I will upload it.

So we spent much time to improve the ROMs,but they just downloaded from here and flash into their clone board?What could I say?

I am not sure about this,but 109k4 improve the codecs.



I can confirm that our Yamaha RX v371 AVR can passthrough DTS-HD..
But maybe the compatible ,or you can try the 109k4.



In 109k4,the xbmc is updated to 13.2,almost the same with stane's.



No OTA now..

Sadly there is always going to be clones its part of the business.

As for why one should stay that's easy.
Being different from the competition is what sets one company apart from the others.

Boxee back when betrayed its user base and totally ignored them which destroyed the company in the end.
You on the other hand are working with the users and rapidly improving the product.
A win win sitituaion for us and the company not to mention some majorly good word of mouth.

Look back on freaktab and every time they clone a board they did it cheap and lots of problems.
In fact I quit chasing trying to fix Sunvel clones in the ROMs....

I have a box MXiii 4k of these 2gb version.

Can anyone tell me how do I update the firmware?

- I Plug in the TF card and Power line,
- then pressing the button in the AV hole,
- then press and release power button,
- The image appears on the screen!
- then release button in the AV hole,


but nothing happens. the box starts normal and does not update!


What am I doing wrong?
