      The T428 has
      AP6330 Wireless chipset

The problem is, the current Kernel's for it doen't have GPU support and this image does.. It runs very nice with this image.

      Go figure.

Is there any way to package AP6330 Wireless chipset support into this kernel?

Screen mirroring option would be great! (It worked great on the stock rom and finless 1.5)

It seems d33 has made a kernel with ap6330 support follow this thread..................http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...ght=d33+kernel

get the 4.22 tvbox kernel set unzip it then use androidtool 1.37 to flash just the kernel. Let me know how it goes.

          Cheers,

Issue with google play movies and TV

Hi, just installed this version on my MK908II - works great except for "Google Play Movies and TV" application. I've tried both initial and 1080 versions - same result:
"There was a problem while playing [31]" error.

Netflix and youtube both works no problem. MX Player as well. Any ideas?

                XBMC Advanced settings XML

Hi guys this rom is THE best one I have used by far! I have flashed all other known roms and kernel combos and this one is smooth and quick! I was having problems streaming 7 - 10 gig 1080p mkv videos with XBMC but after adding the advanced settings xml it works like a champ! Just thought id let anyone know.

I can't believe all the positive reactionts about this ARM-Sticks an Boxes. If this is real, what we can read in different places, the gap between euphory & reality is collosal. In my perception working and not working sticks must be at fifty-fifty.

I burned nearly any ROM i could find, and at last this one.

After plugging power supply the green 'android box'-icon blinks sometimes on the screen, and than the sceen turns to black.

Is there any idea to run a system on this (ugly) hardware?
Or must i put it in the trash can for 83,-€?

In the it-mag c't actually is a big article about different ways to stream media. One sentence underlinse my experience. In reslult they wrote about the Rookie-Stick: "To wait for an newer Firmware with more functions and stability was nearly useless. Because the last on is dated on November 2013."

                  Many THX

Please bin that attitude and tell us what hardware you have. Not all sticks are created equal, and if you go through the "Kernels for all (or most)" thread, from the beginning, you'll gain an understanding of your own stick's strengths and limitations.

                      Hi tinyhands!

I'm sorry, but why i can't say what i thinking about this item called "Tronsmart MK908II"?

I have bought this one after month of reading and looking videos, and mostly there result was "super; great" and so on.

After this my "Tronsmart MK908II" arrived me, and do not all this things.
Stuttering Videos, problems with AirMouse 2 and at last crashes and freezers.
And again no support of Tronsmart, no leagal and original Firmware with solutions.

If i looking for solutions i learn, that in this "Tronsmart MK908II" named package could be a realy different Hardware.

So, i ask you: What would you think, if you've payed for something like this? How would you name this kind of thing?

At last a question: Where can i find this: "Kernels for all (or most)"?

                        Hi.........
I really suggest you recieved a defective unit something is wrong. I have flashed mine a least 50 times now and is my go to box fur testing stuff and so far no problems. I bought mine from geekbuying.com and am on my number 6 unit all have been good with many test firmwares. Suggest you try and get a replacement unit from your seller. If it was geekbuying.com then you should have no problem returning it.

                        Cheers,
                        Vec

Hi Vec, thanks for the rom, the first one posted didnt work very well with my tv - had no sound and was stuck in low resolution(720x480) with no options to change to, tried the 1080p one and that works great, what kernel does the 1080p version use, is it from D33 and is it embedded in boot.

                            Hi Veclinux,
i have contacted the seller and explane my problems. I hope that he will exchange it as part of the warranty.

btw.: It's not labled as 'tronsmart' but as "beelink". Looks like the same.

                              Smyrgol,
You are welcome to post whatever opinions you like but unless you tell everyone exactly what hardware you have your time here won't be very productive. I assume, and maybe it's incorrect of me, that you would actually like to get it working. (An equally valid assumption is that you don't, that you'd rather just moan about it.) All we know, at the moment, is that you have a device labelled "Beelink." Is that what you bought and paid for? Because Beelink and Tronsmart are not necessarily the same thing, although it's possible that they have similar if not identical guts. If the seller's description actually said Beelink, did it say anything else? At this point, you might decide to crack open the case and have a look at the chips (maybe even post a picture of it on freaktab), although that will likely void your warranty and you may not be able to return it to the seller. You might also figure out how to save the dmesg output and convince someone at Freaktab to take a look at it. Please be patient.

The thread that should illuminate some of the darkness for you can be found here, though I warn you in advance that it is very long...

Reading this thread is also a good idea...

                                MK908 not working

My MK908 v3 doesn't boot with this rom. I.e. No visible activity at all when you plug it in. The only kitkat ROM that even boots is finless 2.0 beta with the original kernel, but the graphics is off.

                                Pre kitkat ROMs works though.
