Not a big loss with ES File Explorer, maybe this bug will be repaired in next releases if will be reported to developers.
NTFS is a real problem...Cube is not capable to read and write on NTFS formatted medium
After external SD card in NTFS format is inserted, will be recognized with correct capacity in Settings/Storage and you can browse files or is not present in Storage ?
If NTFS SD card is recognized , permission to read/write can be fixed.

Yes. At least it shows me that there is an SD, and free space in nnn gb. But when trying to store there somehting, all programs say that sd card not found.

mod rom is based on the stock one. So the problem is the same.
I'm using the stock rom but rooted too.

Have you backed up the NVRAM partition using the TWRP recovery you compiled? Have you tried restore it? I'm a Chinese and I have registered and posted on the "official" CUBE forum. What exactly do you want to do on that forum? By the way, I saw a recent post reporting the same problem as you. Is it yourself or someone else?

And is there anyone that has been able to install skype without error? I got error -110, and I can't install Skype from playstore at the moment!

In what way is Titanium Backup not working properly?

I had issues recovering Skype from a backup. Eventually I installed it successfully and then just recovered the data using Titanium backup. It all works fine. I saw no errors installing it.
