Hello,
Just installed the OpenELEC firmware on my Keedox M8 box and it has been working well with the exception of one issue. The A/V output doesn't appear to be working. I can get out output from my HDMI output through my TV but my receiver needs an analog input. Any fix I can try for this? Thanks

There are some cheap A/V cables out there that mix up the wire colors. Are you using a known working cable? If not, can you try searching for the video plug, (by trying all of them), to confirm that it is indeed the m8. I too need the A/V to work and this will influence my buying deciaion.

Can someone please confirm that the remote on the m8 works with the openelec testing rom.

I do have one question tho maybe someone can enlighten me. I'm using the Transparency skin and it says my CPU is only running at 792 MHz, does anyone know why that is? I have the M8 S802 , it's running quick so it's not a problem I was just curious.

The cable has been working with no problem before the firmware switch. So I don't think it is the cable.

It's possible to use an openelec image for the TV110 in a MXQ S05 thevice ??
Not the same device, i now that.
But same hardware.

It is possible in theory, but some parts like Wi-Fi or IR remote may not function properly.

My MXQ doesn't have Bluetooth like the TV110

I understood that OE or Kodi for that matter is able to dynamically change core frequencies depending on the load required.
