Hey guys, maybe this is a stupid question for some, but is there a bulletproof way of connecting to wifi from the 1st try. I disable wired connection and enable wireless only, then try to connect but I always get some error. It will work at some point but only after I try 5-10 times (either by refreshing or re-entering the password etc). I'm on an M8 running codesnake's Openelec with XBMC 13.2

Can I install Openelec on AML8726-MX Dual Core TV Box Android 4.2.2 (Model HD18 S2 v1.1)?
Hi,
I just bought a AML8726-MX Dual Core TV Box Android 4.2.2 (Model HD18 S2 v1.1 - photos below).
I would like to install OpenELEC on it so want to ask if it is possible / how to do it?
I noticed on the http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-Android-4-2-2 thread there were perhaps two or three people who had bricked their boxes. So want ask before creating an undesired paper weight!
Thanks in advance for pearls of wisdom.

Stuck at bootlogo
Hello. And thanks codesnake for the great effort.
I want to ask if there is a solution for my current problem. When i turn on the m8 box by the remote control it does goes on but i am getting no signal on tv. And the second problem is a lot of times when i restart the box i am getting stuck on bootlogo. Is there a fix for that or i have to wait for the new release of the firmware.
thanks

Hey Guys,
I've kind of messed up the time on my M8, Basically it keeps saying 1970 and the time is wrong in the top right hand corner.
I think I know the reason for this but cannot manage to rectify it after trying a few things.
I was trying to configure a vpn the other day and accidentally clicked on the Timeserver #1, It wouldn't allow me to go back without putting a value in here, However, I pressed the home button and managed to get out of the input menu.
However, as mentioned my date and time is now messed up. Anybody know how to rectify?
Thanks
Solved-Changed my ntp server to-0.pool.ntp.org in my connection settings.
