I'm using a harmony smart control rather than its own remote so one button press should switch everything (tv box, tv, home cinema, sky satellite box) to correct inputs or switch off. It was all working perfectly with my old MX Linux box which didn't do anything with CEC. I guess I'll need to find a workaround if it can't be disabled.

my MX2 stopped booting. it was on stable 4.2.1 and it just wouldn't boot. well i flashed 1.1.5, the 1.1.6, after every book i loaded recovery and wiped data and cache. i flashed 4.2.1 again but i get stuck on the Welcome to OpenELEC screen.
any ideas?

Unfortunately currently have no idea.

I booted into recovery.
Wiped cache and data flashed 4.1.6 and was able to get in. Then SAMBA 4.2.1 dev build and while rebooting this came up.
What do you see?

I actually made an intelligent guess and tried that exact command before you posted, not really thinking it would work, but it does exactly what I need! Magic, thanks!

after power up just see red led ,i try recovery mode not came up nothing still red led

In near future we will get official support for Amlogic devices (more and more). Also more i.MX6 based devices. So stay tuned.

Gotham m8 build works great on t8, cheers Codesnake, a tip for others, if the robot animation freezes, just leave it to load, it can take a few minutes

Got my MXQ v2 today so i ll wait so i can test ur build on it cos the android i tink is taking too much usage of the 1GB ram.

Unfortunately currently I have nothing to advise.

I was able to recover the box by flashing 1.1.6 then 4.21 and then build. I didn't go down to 1.1.5. It's working now
