As I've explained before, you can use the browse button on the flash tool to manually select the file, if you are having a problem. Just click the little button to the right of the loader.bin line.
The actual file name for the loader on this ROM is RK3288Loader_uboot_V2.15.bin
I've set that filename as the default, but it must not be showing up on your PC for some reason.Randy

Man my internet has gone down to a crawl, my ISP throttled me back to dial up when I went over my broadband cap when I synced CM repo
Sent from Tapatalk on my Pipo P4 running RR 2.01

For my backup and restore when re-flashing I do the following:
1) Backup data partition in TWRP to external sd
2) Copy contents of internal sd to computer
3) Flash new ROM
4) Restore TWRP data partition backup
5) Copy back contents of internal sd
I prefer this method over Titanium as I get my all my programs and settings are back the way they were. It's safe to do this as long as you're not changing Android versions.
I would like to see us get the option in the future to upgrade with TWRP flashable zips so data partition doesn't get touched and internal sd isn't formatted
