After using toothpick you should be able to boot from that card. If your device is stuck on MXQ logo, it means it can't read/boot the kernel. To debug it, you need to hook up serial console and get me the output.

EDIT: Just make sure you use the SD card versions and follow the image copy instructions which mean you need to use the Windows image utility.
EDIT 2: The versions in your post are not the SD card versions by the way!

@kszaq
I have a box S805 I tested your build 6.0.3.6 it worked but I have problems with no HDMI audio.
Strangely, when I unplug and reconnect the HDMI audio has normal
I'm want to compile your source , What advice would you give me?
I have no experience in debugging device, hints help me !
Thank you !
This is the log when I unplug and reconnect the HDMI

hungphutho To recompile you need to know what changes you want to make. To change device tree there is no need to recompile. Just follow the guides you can Google and replace kernel.img on SD card.
And first, select SPDIF output in Kodi options and see if it works.

Oke, so i tried the SD-Card way.
What i did was the following:
Download the HD18Q and MXQ release from here: http://s805.eu/releases/6.95.1.3/SD/
I could not unpack these files, only remove the .xz on the end so it becomes a .img file.
Then i first tried with the HD18Q image en wrote it to a MicroSD.
MicroSD in the M12, boot with Restore button pressed (at the AV-Port)
Tehn get in the Android recovery menu, i choose reboot.
Nothing happens, i see Android starting again.
Then tried the same with MXQ and again the same result.
Does this mean the images are not compatible or did i do something wrong?
As i had to unpack it, but Winrar can't unack it, it says the file is damaged.
Also i dont see 3 files mentioned on the SD card after writing the image.
UPDATE:
Had to unpack with 7ZIP,,,, now will try again.... had to google first ''how to unpack .xz on windows''

Good news, it work with HD18Q image!
Wifi also works, Audio also ok (did not test HD Audio yet)
Bleutooth doesnt work (cant find the adapter), but i dont use it so no problem.
Now a question, i used a class 6 MicroSD, found it a little laggy,,
But i like the dual boot option, and the fact it is completely safe.
What is the big difference between booting from NAND or SD?
i guess the speed is better via the NAND, right?
If using a faster MicroSD card, can it match the same speed and stability as when booting from NAND?
If yes, what MicroSD do u recommend?

kostaman I'm just wondering if you've noticed the odd judder on vid playback? K's attempt to sort this is having little effect but I;m wondering if it's because I use the TVaddons setup on my box. I'm thinking of doing a clean install and seeing if without any addons vid playback is smoother. I don't seeing anybody else mentioning the occasional judder so I'm wondering if it's just me!
Hey it's not that bad, just annoying.
