I did notice that the audio out is set to digital on your box whereas I normally have mine set to analogue.

Running MXQ.arm-6.95.1.2-test-build from Nand on all black MXQ, board number: 'AM_MXQ_A 20150825
Notes: Reverted to 6.95.1.2-test-build from 6.95.1.3 because of judder on video playback. Further: this may have something to do with audio settings in Kodi.

I'm going to run your backup and see if I have any problems with judder over the next day or so.

@PatrickJB
EDIT RE Double Zip Comment.
I believe you have Unzipped first and then Unzipped the Backup tar file inside the Zip after that.
Do Not Unzip Backup tar files and then try to backup after you have unzipped it.
The Audio is set to digital because of the issue i had back in the following post.
http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-...801#post557801
It may be fixed now in the 6.95.1.1. Switching to Digital fixed it back then.

kszaq kostaman OK I still notice the odd glitch even with Kostaman's back up running on 6.95.1.2 so I think it's just the way it is, perhaps I'm so used to super smooth playback that any glitch grates on me. I have put 6.95.1.3 on my second MXQ with my own current backup and with the Kodi settings changes I made, mainly just switching from 'best match' to 'optimized' in Kodi audio settings, and it seems to be OK, better than it has been for a week or two. I've kind of gone full circle and video is about the same as when I first mentioned the odd glitch a month or two ago. Perhaps there is a bottle neck in the audio processing which could be sorted, but I'm not qualified to say!
I have been keeping an eye on codesnake's WIP regarding the codec and it seems to have dried up! So I'm not sure if playback will get any better than it is. Anyway will be using my second box running 6.95.1.3 from now on and will let you know how I'm getting on.
Just a thought, was there any movement in the changes you made to try and improve video playback? I'm quite happy to try a few test builds as the vid quality is the main thing for me.
A new bug perhaps, pretty sure this is in .1 and .3 (we'll ignore the test build as it wasn't a release), when coming out of suspend in the morning my time is incorrect. I'm not sure if this would sort itself after a period of time as I just turn Wifi on and off in the OE control panel and the time is updated to the correct time.

Have just booted back into android and checked ram via cpu x. It is showing 824mb not 512MB ☺

Running MXQ.arm-6.95.1.3 from Nand on all black MXQ, board number: 'AM_MXQ_A 20150825I also think that Codesnake is hard at work on the new decoder, you should know that that kind of things take a lot of time to test, debug and so on.... for example, today I worked on resolving some CEC bugs and it took me whole day to resolve one simple bug - and I did not publish any code until I thought it's ready for public release.

Hmm. Firmware I flashed is mentioned to have 8gb rom and 1gb ram which is the same as my box. And as you can see in this pic there are 2x512mg ram chips??? Will boot back into android and see how much ram android is running with but as far as I know it was 1gb not 512MB... will post back my findings as soon as I get a chance

I guess that you may a have a wrong u-boot that picks 512MB RAM device tree when it's available. I'll post 6.95.2.1 with more device trees and we'll see.All Black MXQ
