The only thing that is buffling me is that when i use the media server thing installed, and i play from network (btw it plays everything fine) if i press back the system restarts. in any other case or program it does not. So basically playing something through network using the installed media server thing and presing back it restarts the system. I am using 1080p normal speed. i expereince no artifacts or anything sismilar.

I too have this exact issue and I am on the default 720 installation. I tried to see if there was any reply in the thread to this but I didn't see it. If I missed it sorry!

Try using Media House. It works and it is stable.

Does anyone know if there are plans to bring android 4.2 this device? Multi user is the only thing that could make this rom better! Also not sure if this is the right thread to ask this or not but is it possible to get the short cut keys to work on my multifunction remote?

Hello All,

Does anyone know how could be possible to use VPN Tunnel with this firmware?
I want to use a SSL VPN (Edge Client, similar to OpenVPN) and I think the VPN TUN module is not installed

I had to use the PPTP included and put a password that is a pita if I don't have my bluetooth device re-paired if I forget after I re-pair with my PC for my projector. ONLY reason I use OpenVPN (no password needed on JB to save the pw, then again, I dont use a pw on OpenVPN LOL)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any advice, I have this type of ethernet adapter:

I had it hooked up to a powered Rosewill 7 port usb hub on the stock ROM with a Rii dongle and it worked fine, when I flashed Finless 1.7, as soon as I plug it in now, it just locks up the device and I have unplug and reboot to fix it. Is this a driver thing? Can I somehow manually install the drivers and get this to work?? I'm pulling my hair out on this because I cannot get the WiFi to work at all with any ROM and if I can't get this to work it's pretty useless. Thanks.

Look for the real cheap ones on ****, they use the sr9700 chipset (or some other 2 letters.. it's xx9700 xx being 2 letters) works perfect. I think they are smoked color.. dark greyish/black

What ROM were you on before? I did add USB host XML files which might be having issues with your HUB. But to compare I need to know the version of ROM you were on before.

I put rom and wifi dont work anymore I buy ug802 but i think that its a ug007 because system before upgrade say rk30 android 4.1.1 sdk v 1.00.1015 its samne for ug007...its 007?or not
bluetroot work and now dont appear in menu
I conect usb-lan and speed its less that with wifi

UG007 have same chip, RAM, board. But have different wifi/bt chip and bigger nand flash. So UG802 firmware can work on UG007 but without wifi and bluetooth
