Hello guys, i have a big problem with the flash player, in fullscreen is showing only black screen. In window mode is working fine. I have mk 808b original, in factory rom, flash is working fine.
I just fashed again the rom , and the first thing that i do is checking if the flash is working in fullscreen ...sadly is not working. I will try the minix hibryd to see if the flash is working fullscreen

Update , on minx rom it's the same, fullscreen flash streaming on browser it's not working ,black screen and the flash plugin crash.
What is wrong guys ?
Please someone, give me a working link for the stock rom, they are all dead.

Ok...I will try to find a new power adapter...but do you really think that adapter is the issue ? coz this adapter came with the MK808 stick itself and it was working fine for last 2 -3 months....

The power adapters that comes with MK808 are also very dangerous. The building is not according with European rules.
One of my adapters made a crackling noise, gave a flash and poof... Another I plugin and a flash and also dead.
A third Chinese adapter just fell apart, the condenser just fell of the PCB.

The adapters has 2 wires just thicker than your hair connecting the power socket from the wall to the " transformer".

It states 2A but you are lucky to get 1A, it also gives dirty/unstable current.

A lot of people experience unstable Android Sticks, but I bet if they replace inferior power adapter and HDMI cable most sticks will work much better.

First of all, thanks a lot for the awesome ROM, my mini pc RK3066 is running much better with this ROM.

I have a question regarding the rom, however. I installed the mk808b original ROM into my mini pc rk3066 from timing power and it works like a charm. However, this stick has a headphone jack, which of course, now doesn't work since the driver isn't supported in this rom. How easy or difficult is it to extract the driver from stock rom and implement this into finless 1.7? Please advise, thanks

So my MK808 (original) arrived yesterday and these were my first steps with the device:

1) install Finless 1.7c
2) install XBMC 12 libstagefright Feb 19th edition (http://mirrors.xbmc.org/test-builds/...rmeabi-v7a.apk)
3) install 1channel 2.0 (http://www.xbmchub.com/forums/1chann...l-release.html)
4) test!

The 1channel plugin doesn't seem to work with this ROM. Anyone else have a solution? One of the reasons I chose the MK808 is because users seemed to report compatibility with streaming apps, and this ROM looked like the best one. Where did I go wrong?

Plugin works fine on my Frodo media PC. This was supposed to be a mother's day gift. Help me out community

The 1channel plugin has problems in the main web site thats why it doesnt work. It has nothing to do with finless rom or the stick.

You have to apply a fix for 1channel to work. You can find it in xbmchub

I appreciate the replies guys but do recognize i"m already aware of this. I did post that I am using 2.0 which has the fix included, furthermore I stated it is working on my windows media PC.

Some useful information I could use if its working for you would be:
What version of xbmc (frodo, gotham? what date?)? hwaccell or normal?
External player or internal?
What version of flash are you using, if any?
Did you make any additional changes than those I listed in my steps to get it to work?

I am using frodo hw accel from 19.02,without ext player. No other step is needed. I'm using the 1channel 1.0.1 (not git version) with the website fix. Git version didn't work. ROM finless 1.7 c

When I get home I will try that version with your fix. Is it possible you could test 2.0 from the link in my original post and let me know if you have any issues?

Does anybody have a problem running a first person shooter games such as dead trigger and shadowgun? within 5 minutes, I always end up with game not responding and I have to close the game. I have installed heatsink so I don't think heat is a problem (hope not, see attached).

right now I use setcpu to set 1608 max 252 min with interactive and deadline. For some reason, stick always hang if I changed it to performance. I am using a lapdock BTW, if that means anything.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance!

What power supply do you use ?

What power adapter you can recommended?

Any high quality 5v adapter (minimal 2A) is good.
For example high end phone chargers.( not the elcheapo Chinese **** kind).

The Chinese adapters state 2A but if you are lucky they give 1.5A (unstable dirty current).

2A is the minimal requirement for maximum performance.

MK808 USB media mount issue

Finally the MK808b has arrived which I bought from geek buying site... I am stuck now as my USB flash drive cannot be mount. I cannot save anything on USB drive but only on SDcard.

I bought MK808b device only to connect it for my Foscam IP camera and to record but it's not working. I also bought IP Cam viewer PRO.
NOw it seems I cannot record as I cannot set the USB storage path. By default its “/sdcard/IpCamViewer/Record folder. I can't seem to change this to my USB or even the micro SDcard folder.
I can't save the screen shot as it says USB device unmount. IN the settings I clicked USB storage and it doesn't show USB device memory etc.
What am I missing ? I should be able to write and transfer to USB drives.
Could you please help me ? I am going insane researching.
